Greetings MD and fellow Capsuleers.
I am glad to be back, though I wish it would be under better circumstances.
Truth be told, I have a bad taste in my mouth, and I know I have let some of you down.
For that I apologize.
Now to the part, I think most of you are wanting information about:
I have now taken a snapshot of the TMPI portfolio.
Anyone on this portfolio have the right to get their shares bought back.
Any investor with less than 1000 shares should contact me immediately.
DO NOT SEND SHARES YET (This is simply because I do not want to lose oversight - if possible a "direct" transfer is preferred)
Any investor with more than 1001 shares will have to arm themselves with a little patience, you will get your shares bought back, but it might take a month or two to get all the assets sold, as well as generated the profit, to pay back what is owed.
Share buyback price is raised to 300% i.e. 3M ISK per share.

Feels really good to be welcomed back. o/
Also had positive investor feedback so far.
Only thing is that about half the investors don't seem to play anymore, but alas, this is an open offer, and will stand untill endtimes. :) |

Thats a good idea. What is there to donate to?
VV has some charity running, is the Audit Fund still open?
Also do CCP still run this plex for charity thing?

this thread is the most clear indicator i've ever seen that MD is officially dead. I can look into your allegations when I have some spare time during the next few days if you want to. Update:
Currently around 4B have been paid back to investors. Investors totaling almost 20K shares have been contacted, and have responded. The plan is to allow investors with below 3001 shares to be allowed buyback from Monday the 1st of October.
Thank you for your patience and positive feedback.
Currently there is no plan on what to do with the excess ISK, or what deadline should be set, but I am thinking at least 3-6 months, before donating the ISK to some charity. |

Back to the top....
It has become increasingly difficult to get in contact with some of the smaller investors, if anyone knows some of them, please give them a heads up.
If this fails, I will open up the buyback for shareholders with less than 3001 shares, starting Monday 24th september.
Currently I have around 20B ISK in liquids, and I am hesitant to use them on the market, should they be needed for a buyout.
Assets are valued at 30B+ atm, so I will have to use some of it for trading, if I am to honor the 300% buyback.
So in short it still means i'm around 70B short :)
Again a thank you to all the investors I did manage to complete they buyback with.
You support means a lot. |
