I actually had a mostly-functional network game table for playing it. But it really just wasn't worth the effort to polish and finish. Like so many things CCP starts, they seem to have just gotten bored with putting the effort in to keep it developing and growing.
Yeah, unfortunately your post is spot-on. I was very disappointed to learn that the CCG was tossed in the bin. I think with more support and a little tweaking, it'd have been a hit. It was very different than other CCG's, the cards were gorgeous, and it had a lot of promise. Unfortunately it's not really possible anymore to play too much unless you already have a huge collection of cards. I bought a ton when I first learned about it, but I don't know that the variety is great enough to make wonderful decks for 2-3 players (and even if it is, there are no more cards to add, so the gameplay would get old soon enough).
I still got 3 boxes full of duplicate cards i dont need for my collection so i get where your coming from... It's a shame since i only need a few cards to complete the collection and as far as i know no-one played it at all near me (Southcoast England).
Still, i'll wait with baited breath for you guys to get back to me and hopefully i can complete and put the collection to bed so to speak.

you're not missing anything in Eve CCG, it wasn't the same old game, but it wasn't wonderful either.
Now CCP does own the rights to an AWESOME GAME called Vampire the Eternal Struggle, which they cancelled because they couldn't make enough money off of it, although profit was >0

Yeah, this seems a bit weird. People "donate" for all sorts of "real life" things. Like server space. Killboards. Dotlan. Signatures. etc.

The ccg site (http://www.eve-ccg.com.... (now dead)), promoted the fact that cards could and would be allowed to be traded ingame for isk, just not real money. It seems silly that it would be disallowed for a ccp product that they have since abandoned.
However, anyone that can help with the cards will of course have a free "DONATION" of isk for their time, i hope this is acceptable.

Ok, I finally found my tracking list of all of the cards I have (didn't really want to thumb through hundreds of cards...lol). Bad news is I don't have most of the cards you need...rare's, go figure. But I do have a few copies of Geminate.

I have a few complete collections of the CCG and play it actively. I'll dig through my extras and see what I have. I'm sure I should have some. If not contact Entity in game as well, he and I have done some trading and I know he has a bunch of cards too.

I recently bought a few boxes of cards and distributed them to my friends irl who all play or have played eve (and started playing eve again partly due to the awesome cards)
One of them even bought an exiled collection which is complete. I'll check with him.
Maybe your lucky, maybe. And maybe we'll come to the meet in july in Engeland and maybe you'll buy us beer (maybe)

PS: That game is sweet, with white wolf under their thumb and their excellent art they should relaunch this .
(the cards where printed in Belgium which is awesome for me to since Belgium > everything else)

Saw this topic and dropped $50 on amazon. Love ccgs and never knew where to find the eve one. I'll keep a look out for the ones you need when they arrive.
Btw, I have tons of battletech, all the way back to the core set, shoot me an evemail wth what you're looking for and I'll take a look.
