Can you handle NRDS?
If you're happy to ignore that neutral badger then we can offer you a lot of reds to shoot all day every day - NRDS isn't for everyone, but what you asked for was PvP - doesn't mean you HAVE to kill neutrals - and if its PvP you really want then you will get a lot of it.
Our corp/alliance has been around since 2008 - so yeh well established.
Small gang is what we do most often and well a good amount of it is in lo sec so yeh -10 doesnt scare us. We do engage as part of bigger gangs but not very often. Besides I hate blobs anyway.
We are in lo and 0.0, not npc however.
Operate in all TZ - US and Eu primarily tho.
Vent is what we use and yes we require limited api.
PvP experience is always very welcome and your experiences would be an asset.

That's a matter of opinion, not fact. It is viable, however, and if you do not see that then NRDS isn't for you. In terms of PvP our killboard is evidence enough that it works.
Best of luck finding your corp - if I may suggest though, I think you should consider Genos Occidere - have mostly what your looking for. Reknowned for their small gang prowess.
