Having built this, the operation is to place the items in the Customs Office in orbit via "Open Hangar". Next, right click on the Office and Access Customs Office. You can then move (or shift-drag to break up stacks) from the Planetary Customs Office pane on the left, to the To Be Transferred Pane in the middle. it is common knowledge that common sense is the least common of all the senses. However, how is asking a question on the forums not common sense? lazy perhaps, but a lack of common sense? i think not.
