I had the same problem also. I tried reducing the other graphics settings one by one until I got it to work. May have to re-log after each adjustment...

YES! I have the issue. Everything is Blacked-Out. I tried reducing everything and then everything is Greened-Out and starts flashing. I have a SAPPHIRE HD5850 1GB GDDR5 PCIE- Maybe you need the new DX11 cards from NVIDIA?

Mine is even worse than that. No part of CQ will load. And any screen opened in that area gets it's afterimage stuck.
I run a Radeon HD5870.
I submitted a bug report. Hopefully they can get it fixed.

You could try to deactivate CATALYST A.I. in the 3D settings of catalyst control center. That might help.

I dont think CCP have incorporated all the chipset drivers for the various graphic cards / I know that there is a shader problem and if u set your shader to low, you get app crash.
Giving the following - Event Information Log Name: Application Source: Application Error Description: Faulting application name: ExeFile.exe, version: 7.10.24.8086, time stamp: 0x4da30edb Faulting module name: _trinity.dll, version: 7.10.24.8407, time stamp: 0x4da4307f Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x00562888 Faulting process id: 0xfd0 Faulting application start time: 0x01cc02a7326da4eb Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\CCP\Duality\bin\ExeFile.exe Faulting module path: C:\Program Files\CCP\Duality\bin\_trinity.dll - t <<look here>> Report Id: fbe32e1b-6e9a-11e0-9177-000244624302
However this does not happen on the TQ server.

guys be careful testing CQ, I HAD a couple of 8600 gs nvidia cards in my PC, testing CQ blew one of them, I did get pictures though. My cards are around 3 year old, and I will not be going near Duality again, until I have two up to date cards and probably bought more ram and upgraded to 64 bit windows! Other factors could have helped it blow, but, I was able to double play on low settings.
So my sli is now not sli and one card only meh, it happens, My two pence worth, what I did see of it, looked good but a little dark for my liking, I will need lights in my Captains Quarters preferably with a clap signal to them to brighten up.

LOL, I think it was probably likely to go anyway mate. Graphics really can't make cards spontaneously combust. They can anly process up to the limit of their spec....not beyond.
