They didnt figure out a fix to get online, its just some people were allowed preferential treatment and had no problem logging on immediately after downtime, while all of us get to wait for ccp to "work on it" keep up the hard work ccp.

Two Russian Engineers developed a Method, which could probably solve this. Their Names were Igor Poweroff and Wassili Poweron, so the Method is called the Poweroff/Poweron-Method, but most people call it 'russian reset'. Try it on the Servers.
