Definately disagree with this. A flight of ECM light drones is one of the most useful ways to spend 25m3 worth of drone bay and bandwith, especially if your out solo.
Don't neglect Warrior II's though, if you don't have any anti-frig capability. |

Plus if your flying a drone boat, your guns if any are mostly useless and your number one method of dealing damage is drones. Having drones that probably won't do crap will just give you time to look through the market and find a new replacement for your ship.

I would argue that, if your flying a drone boat, your always going to have enough drone bay to spare 25m3. If these babies only work 4/10 times, as you suggest, then thats four less times you loose your ship.
PS: Vexor is a dedicated drone boat that fits 4 Medium guns with a damage bonus.
