oops...
Well I for one am tired of the PVP crybabies wanting all the adavantages and leaving 80% of the players at thier mercy....so
I demand that concord gets off their lazy arse and do their job...Hunt down those that so willing take the lives of the honest pilots just trying to make a living. CONCORD do your job...stop hanging around the gates in deep Empire space and go out there and reclaim 0.0 space as your suppose to do. Hunt those people down and end their control of the spacelanes!!!

From what i've read concord arn't allowed out side empire space going off the short story about the capturable stations.

If concord went out into 0.0 it wouldn't be 0.0 anymore. Empire, as you know it, would become relatively defenceless and therefore be the new 0.0.
Concord are not all powerful, they have limits on the number of ships they can field.

What a stupid idea. First of all concord is created by the empires to protect the empires.. the're not a army set up to "conquer" lands that the job of the empire navys..if the empires ever wanted to try and do such a thing.

??? What are you talking about 80% of the players only go out to 0.0 in corp mining raids...they never go out there if they can help it. its those nasty pirates (20%) of the player base that cause all the problems...

I agree with the poster but would like to increase what he says, and since Concord is going to need lots of firepower to fight those dirty, ebil pirates, they should send ALL of their ships to 0.0. And of course they will need lots of sentry guns to guard the gates and stations they capture, and it would be much cheaper to simply move the current empire ones to 0.0 than build new ones.

I think you are confused what purpose CONCORD and the DED serve. There only purpose is to safe keep Empire space as a neutral bodies to keep the empires from fighting. Leaving empire space is a violation of the articles they where created under.

Personally, I'd like to see an antithesis of concord just as developed as empire run by guristas and the like. Plus a comfortable margin of empty 0.0 space on the outermost sphere. All npc assistance should not be unlimited of course, only in core npc systems. That way, you could blow up anyone just about anywhere and not likely be ganked before you finish, though you may likely die before you get out of the system. These faction police would get a few waves of response teams spawned per half hour. As you get farther from the faction home, the npc response gets weaker.. all the way down to the equivalent of a 0.1 system (a single bantam is deployed to save you here). The main tool needed is the security ranking system. Combat should simply summon npc presence, they should get to choose their own targets - but revert to old style justice when it is friendly on friendly fighting.
If the system can be expanded beyond a bipolar model, you can have RPing put in as well using the standings system.
This way the paramilitaries always do at least confront ne'erdowells or people outside their ideological scope. It would be more realistic and give a lot more combat opportunities that a few key 0.4 systems.
What the 0.0ers do is their business, I am solely focused on what happens between the empires and npc factions and the people that live there amongst the trappings of civilization.

either we have here an individual that thinks the forums have not enough funny and want to make others laugh ( what he has done in a very well way), or we have here a completly fresh and new player that left the "noobtown" empire for the first time. man, nearly 100% of the players in 0.0 know that there is combat in all forms allowed, expect you :(
so just for you, eve is 0.0, not empire. that is because people want to kill each other, that is because there has to be risk to make it fun, ok?
i personally think he is one of the first i describe,there is no way 1 single individual can be that stupid....
