Has anyone made skins for Winamp with EVE theme ? I need one to complete my EVE desktop :)

There used to be one on the download section before the site got a facelift. But then, who uses WINamp anyway? iTunes ftw!

iTunes is made by Mac. That means it sucks. Winamp is made by an independant company with an attitude and an affection for llamas. That makes Winamp r0x0rs j00r b0x0rs.

I have a shiva skin, the equilizer is named the "exodus Shivaquilizer" I forget where i got it though...check eve-i maybe....

The developers of iTunes actually sat down and did a lot of research regarding things like user interface and user experience. Justin Frankel et al probably programmed in a basement with no research. In fact, version 3 of Winamp failed horribly due to a lot of internal company policies/arguments/programming methods.
WinAmp is under development by NULLSOFT, which is now owned by American Online. That means it's not independant. If AOL were to ask any employee at NULLSOFT to jump off a bridge, they would have to do it or face termination (albeit that is an exaggeration I hope you see my point).
If AOL were to mention that having a llama as a part of the company's branding is nonense, they would have to remove the animal.
This is not the time or place to discuss Winamp vs iTunes, but I wouldn't jump so quickly to make arguments like that without backing them up with facts. It makes you look foolish.

iTunes is good because of the user friendlyness. Something that got left out somewhere in the development of Winamp...
Maybe this thread should rather be in the 'Out of Pod Experience' forum, though?
