As much as I'd like to see black abaddon, giving the ship both dps and ehp bonuses, coupled with DOUBLE increase of warfare links is extreme overkill.
Let's take command ships for example. There are two of them: the field command ships and the fleet command ships. Field commands have lower ehp and tanks, no bonuses to gang links and higher dps. Fleet ones are completely on the contrary: bigger tanks, bonuses to gang links but lower-to-none damage abilities. Bonus giving strategic cruisers are paper-thin on the tank side and have almost no dps.
By combining high dps and high ehp you are risking creating a so called solopwnmobile class of ships, whiche will be rarely used at their intended role - fleet boosting. Thus the ship absolutely must have a disadvantage that would limit their useability outside their intended role.
And double links effectiveness is an overkill. I'd say ability to use 5 gang links simultaneously, that way it would already give them edge over command ships in versatility, but still it wouldn't outclass command ships in bonus capacity (t3 can give greater bonuses, but they can use only one link w/o processors).
In your current way, the ship outclasses every and each of its direct competitors: command ships, strategic cruisers and battleships.
Let's take amarrian one for example. With all-5 and no special implants, fitting of 2xtrimark1, 3x bcu2, 2x1600mm rt plates, 2x faction eanm and dc2, with 7 siege launcher 2s you're looking at 205k EHP (77.6% average resists) and 1536 dps @ 27 km with rage torpedos, which is far more than any other (non-faction) battleship is capable of. Now, add 55% to armor ehp from slaves (up to 300k HP) and coupled with twice the resistance bonuses (plus 15% hp bonus from fleets), 28,125% * 2, and you're looking at over 700k HP!
And dare to say it's not overpowered now.
The problem is not with any specific number in here (f.ex my damnation now has around 600k-ish ehp), it's the overall combination of these in one single ship class which makes it overpowered when compared to other classes.
