I may be a noob here but why would they do something for free when they're charging for it? And no if there are no free slots then you can't transfer a cahracter.

I wanted to swap 2 toons between accounts for a similar reason as you. IE, I had toon 1 on account A and toon 2 on account B, and I wanted toon 1 to be on account B and toon 2 to be on account A. The CCP person was nice enough to not only do that for me, but reduce the cost to the price of 1 transfer. I did this through petition, so as others stated, use a petition. edit. thinking back a little further, it may have been the case that account B from above only had 2 toons. But I can't remember for sure. I am sure about them reducing the cost for me.

An account receiving a character must have a spare slot for the transfer to take place. I know this is not the news you wanted to hear but it is not even a question of cost but rather something which we cannot technically do for you. GMs did this for me once before. When you get a biomassed character back all you have are skills. you literally get nothing else back. no ships, no isk, nothing. mishkof Caldari Dirty Denizens	Posted - 2011.05.04 17:25:00 - [13] I recently downgraded from 3 accounts to 2, and I was sure to condense my six characters into the two accounts so I would have proper support in whatever instance of gameplay I was doing. However, that said, in this instance how much is this operation going to cost you? My math tells me 60 US dollars, plus a plex...That is an exensive operation. Three accounts: Account A, B, and C (new account). Two characters: Caracters A, B 1) Create new account (C) - 1 plex 2) Transfer character A to account C - 20 bucks 3) Transfer character B from account B to account A - 20 bucks 4) Transfer character A from account C to acount B - 20 bucks I dont consider myself poor, or cheap, however that is a pretty penny for what you are actually getting out of it.

This - I'm happy to pay for a two way character swap, I understand if CCP put this in the 2 hard basket but it would be neat to have this capability.
