Blacksmoke16 Amarr mishima ryu Hand That Feeds	Posted - 2011.05.06 21:56:00 - [1] I had a deal with them where i sold my wormhole for 1.5bil. A few days later after moving out, person i bought it from send alliance leader a mail saying i was out. After that he wasn't responding to my mails/convo's. Due to alliance issues i got kicked, and blocked. I honored the deal but they refused to pay me the full 1.5bil i should of got for the wormhole. Even if i did something wrong it was a written deal and they should of honored it. this isn't right...very bad experience.

If you send me 500 million isk I will walk you through how to avoid scams. Or if you contract all of your Worm Hole Assets to me and eve-mail me the system name along with other information I will see to it that it is put back in place.

Blacksmoke16 Amarr mishima ryu Hand That Feeds	Posted - 2011.05.07 12:34:00 - [7] I'll update this thread with my side of the story.(Zorth) After moving into a C3, our POS was laid siege by the Talocan Alliance which Blacksmoke and his corp were apart of. On the initally attack Talocan Alliance failed to reinforce the tower after about 5hrs. A day or so later they returned - during which time they suffered multiple BS and BC losses - costing approximatly 400-600mil to 0 kills. After their fleet decimation it was decided that we would approach Black and offer him an 'eviction package' Smoke was offered 1.5bil to pack up shop and leave the WH, which he did 7 days ahead of the 14 day deadline. Smoke arranged for his alliance leader Zariah to broker the deal and act as a third party - tbh we were happy with this as either way Black and his corp would be leaving, without unneccesary bloodshed. Although the deal was strictly brokered, the agreement was completed, however the leader Zariah in my understanding has decided to withhold the funds from Black and also booted him and his corp from the alliance. I believe this is Blacks sounding off regarding the incident making others aware of what Talocan Alliance can/will do. Personally for us - Black left - so were happy it was isk well spent. Unfortunatly for Black it might not be the same.

Black solo owns (owned rather) a c2 WH gets attacked by superior numbers. they want the hole for themselves. Talocan (his alliance at the time) arrives and defends his hole, a Siege ensures. as cost to hold mounts the wormhole, a mere single static to high determined to be "not worth it". also that hole is not worth anythign near 1.5 bill. 200 mill perhaps 600 mill tops
