Im trying to find a good system for my PI operations. I have figured out what planets i need but i can't find a good system.
The resources people keep linking me too like dotlan don't have what im looking for, at least as far as i can see.
Is there a way i can set parameters in a search to search for something like.
A system 0.0 or below
that has a
Storm Gas Plasma Barren
Planets?

I'm doing such a survey myself, as a complete newbie to PI.
I've checked out a few systems so far, and most seem to have gas and barren. Storm is also pretty common, but plasma is not. So I'd look up the system information and quickly scan through the planet types for each target system, and stop when I find a plasma. Then do a more detailed search of that system.
You can scan each planet in detail from a distance...I sit docked in a station and do this...so you needn't expose yourself to attack while you make your plans.
That's about all I've got; I'm still figuring this out. |

That's to bad.
That forum would be a better place to ask this question though.

Eve Planets tells you what planets are in a system if you enter the name. I know it's not exactly what you're looking for, but I don't know of a tool that does that.
