My questions:
1. Character Editor 1.1. Character Editor freezes iMac's & Powerbooks, what configuration is supposed to be necessary to be able to use it? I've given up after hours, trying to adjust a characters' chin... 1.2. Maybe it could be useful to have a wiki or documentation about how to use the character editor, with hotkeys/mouse buttons and gestures. 1.2. I also think a "freeze" button could be helpful, it's not easy to take a photo on a constant moving character.
2. UI & usability 2.1. I started a corp with my friends, all from a gamer community (wow, war, apb...), after 1 week "playing" EVE only 1 of them decided to stay, the rest left the game because they didn't undestood anything. Please would you improve UI Usability some day? I know that there're so much elements on screen that it's a difficult task, but not an impossible one. 2.2. After two months playing with the market, I've not yet understood how works the buy/sell orders, as sometimes I can sell for a price that it's not listed on the market window, other times i can't sell to a particular buy order that is some jumps from my location, even if they show on the market window... I think that there could be a way of showing wich order you can buy/sell from your location without confusing you so much. 2.3. I think that the need to click every item for "show info" is not an useful option. What do you think about a small configurable frame that shows all the relevant info you need when you mouse-over an item? 2.4. I'll add some additional information to the attributes of modules and charges window panel, so that it shows at the same time its base stats and the stats that it will have if you use it (with your actual ship/implants/skills...), some like: EM DMG: 25.5 / 37.2 2.5. You could integrate the fitting window like an overlay of your ship while you're at the dock, so that there's no need an aditional window frame, like you've done in some youtube videos with white lines+text over a rifter, showing it's modules 2.6. Please, please improve the way we need to work when looking for agents of a NPC corp, couldn't it be possible to show them with some filters, column ordering (like required standings, distance location...) or showing them in a more useful map? 2.7. The star map is a beautiful and very useful tool, but it's very difficult to use, please would you improve it so we can zoom it more? Maybe some opacity filtering for jump planning, clearing overlapping so that you don't click where you don't wan... something in the near future? 2.8. Do you accept UI/UX desings for considerations? I've plenty of experience in UX design and could send you some suggestions about my idea of a better UI for EVE
3. Ships 3.1. It's there a revision of Black Ops ships in your agenda soon? 3.2. Will there be sometime new versions of T2 Destroyers?
4. Missions 4.1. Have you considered about making higher level missions that require smaller ships? somewhat like harder versions, more like plexes for two or more players, that way we could make more use of T2 frigates and destroyers, and maybe use those small RR modules that are dusting in our hangars. "LF RR frigate & T2 tank for L4 mission ..." 4.2. Will we be able to see mission objectives and jumps needed in star map? (thinking about FW missions, 20+ jumps away)
5. Skill queue 5.1. Will you some day change the skill queue so that we could make long term skill plans?, some like the way other third party tools do, but integrated in the game, or even in eve gate, so that we can plan two or three months ahead could be nice :)
