With yet another pvp corp of the NFA leaving today [FinFleet] and with the 3 other corps before that i think its quite clear that the NFA are close to calling it a day.
Lets use this thread to discuss what went wrong and how did the NFA go down so fast?

NFA alliance must be rised and fallen very quicly, i never notice to be member of it.
However you talking about Fountain alliance in topic description.
By my observe Finfleet has not leaved FA and if we are leaving, its not you business.

Hi, i'll post with my main, and deal with the my alliance for doing it.
I am just a little tired of reading daily how the FA is falling or has fallen, and is dead. One thing will never change for us or any other alliance in this game. So long As you have people fighting for what they believe in, and never giving up then their entity will never be dead. Fountain always has had and always will have its proud warriors, and we are going nowhere. You can flame us here, you can hunt us in game, you may even kill a few of us in game, but i promise you this, we are still here and we are going nowhere.

If you look ingame, FinFleet information (and attribute) does not say Fountain Alliance anymore. Nuff said i think.

I think you'll find that FinFleet are leaving the GAME first and foremost, and thereby leaving FA as well. We wish them the best of luck grinding levels and kicking fairies around in WoW.
As for us calling it a day.... forget it mate. Not gonna happen. We're not going anywhere, least of all down.

Yes, FinFleet is leaving the FA. Simply because they feel they can't uphold their activity in EVE anymore. The reason for this: World of Warcraft and EverQuest II
When EQII came out, a part of FinFleet became less active in EVE. Now with WoW hitting the shelves, the same will happen.
However this will not change the Fountain Alliance.
Eventhough FinFleet was still around, their activity has dropped since EQII came out. So military wise this is less of a dent than most non-FA tend to think.
They will be missed however.
Parades, feasts and orgies will be thrown upon their returning

Most certainly hope not.
As for finfleet leaving for other games, that admitedly does suck. But you will find that more often than not they will return, other games do not have the 'bouncebackability' (gotta love match of the day) as eve.
