They won't have an issue with creating artificial game time (and as said somewhere in "answers thread", they even have a single lifetime account per dev to give out), but creating artificial money is a different issue.

Creating PLEX is not creating ISK. No ISK enters the game when a PLEX is created, so your argument is invalid.

Petition created. I may actually have a package with everything on the list (a used Shuttle SN25P). Need to see if I still have the original nVidia 6800...
When you're done with it, if you find a Socket 939 Opteron it will run that too.  Should make a half-decent office PC.

I wanted to pop in and give you guys an update on the status of this project.
Firstly, thank you all for such an overwhelming response to this request. We have received over 100 petitions so far and our aim is to have a reply to you all before the end of the day.
Secondly, we are in the process of compiling a list of all items offered and bringing it to the team responsible. At this stage i cannot tell you when they will make a final decision but, as soon as we know, we will reply to you via petition and let you know.

Here's a few things I think everyone would benifit from...
Do you need complete systems including psu and hdd's, cases
Will you be accepting individual parts for time, a CPU could be worth say 1 month game time.
To those who want to know, the 6000 series included some pci cards too, so even ccp should be able to make use of them.
I think I have another tower in the garage, think a small gpu could be put in and it would workjust fine

I want to thank everyone who filed a petition. We're at 130 petitions give or take. That's a lot more than we anticipated!
We are at a point where we have enough offers to choose from so I'm declaring this drive officially over.

I have an old machine that matches those requirements, unfortunately I can't send it to CCP because then I wouldn't be able to play Eve at all. As an alternative, I would to offer six years of game time to any player out there who can send me a brand-new machine so I can conduct some rigorous inhouse tests of my own.
