Jordus Melicia	Posted - 2011.05.13 15:19:00 - [1] As the title says, im looking for a uncollateralized loan, ammount is to be discussed, nothing more than 1b probably. I could use the extra isk to expand my trading venture in jita 4-4, i would offer collateral, however i already have a private collateralized loan with magnu stormhawk who holds a me2 archon bpo and a me20(soon to be 30) drake bpo as collateral, he can probably testify that i pay interest on time. I believe he would be willing to vouch for me as we've been working together as a team for almost two months now Duration will depend on the investor, i can do this for one month or multiple months, i am flexible on this. Here is a thread that might be interesting to you guys : Research Idea Keep in mind i still do research with two characters, i have 20 slots that i use 24/7, those give me additional income each month. I know that my business plan is pretty vague, but basicly, the idea is to trade in jita 4/4 and do research on the side for extra income. This is the discussion phase, you can convo me ingame or send me mail if you want extra details, you can also find me in the ships channel on eve. Looking forward to your comments/opinions.

I initially brought him into my personal corp to give him a small secured loan and access to discounted research facilities for his BPO business. I have found him to be helpful and very competent. He seems to have been building wealth quickly from his small starting pot, and I would have no doubts about his ability to generate ISK from trading sufficient to service a loan. I now have secured loans with him of 1.6 billion, no problems with interest payments. In addition he now has full access to my POS and hangars with certain POS related assets which I entrust him with. He maintains my POS when I am not around which has been of great help to me. So far I have no regrets about opening up my corp to him. Take this as you will. There are no guarantees in EVE. For the record I have no interest in this venture or loan and it will not affect or be affected by any of my current arrangements with Jordus. Best of luck with the loan JM.

Balance evaluated every saturday - A payment of 0 - 100% of outstanding balance is due - After payment is received a 3% gross interest rate is applied to outstanding balance - At time of payment an eve mail requesting 0 - 100% of available credit is due - Within 24 hour of payment/credit mail 99% of credit requested will be issued at a value of 100% credit requested (processing fee deducted) - If credit request isn't processed within 24 hours of payment then 3% balance interest and processing fee will be waived 2. First saturday of every month payment of accrued gross interest is due - Interest does not compound - This payment is separate from all others 3.
