Ok first I would like to say I am not selling the stock as of now until we get a rough draft of the site that is being built for my corp.
Ok now to pressing matters,There is currently a site in the makes of a site simular to www.shiplotto.com but instead of just ships it is for items.If you know about shiplotto you know that the site makes a ton of isk.
My proposal is this, I will sell you 10% of the profit income of the site once it is complete.The price will be 5 bill isk for 2 years of 10% of the profit braught into the site.Dividends will be paid out once a month to share holders.I am not accepting isk for the actual investment until I can show a rough draft of the site, which should be about two weeks I am told.
Once I can produce that I will be showing the demonstration of the site and then will be accepting investments.I am only selling 40% of the sites profit income as investments, so it is first come first serve.I am however selling reserved positions to those spots for 500 mill isk, each spot reserving the right to purchase the 10% investment.
Remember there are only 4 spots available and I am not going to limit the number of spots you purchse so if you want to purchase the whole 40% then you are more than welcome.Like I said it is first come first serve.If you have more questions about the site then feal free to contact me ingame if I am on.I will do my best to keep you updated with any progress the site has made.
I would also like to include that I was told it will be around 4 to 5 weeks for the site to be up and running to the public.Ok you may now start reserving your right of purchase by sending this character 500 mill per spot you want to reserve.Just include right to reserve in the reason section when sending the isk because otherwise I will not know what it is for.
And again please feel free to contact me ingame for any questions on the matter or if you are just curious about the actual site itself.I understand this sounds fighy but when the site is up and running you will see why I have posted this.
T whole point of offering a reserved spot is too help me pay for the site.I feel I should also mention that all shareholders will become a GM on the site just so they are able to see what they are looking to make off the site.
I am sorry about the spelling/layout of this letter if it is not correctly written but I am not a very well writer,so I would appreciate it if you could reframe from commenting on that. thank you for the time to read this and I hope do do buisness with you soon.

If you are "not selling the stock as of now", then why should people send ISK "as of now"? Why not just let people stake reservations in this thread, like people do for other investments in this forum?
You write: "I understand this sounds fighy [fishy?] but when the site is up and running you will see why I have posted this." Why not just explain now and save the aggravation of having people call this a scam?

Soooo... hard... not... to.
As for a constructive comment:
1) Explain the basics EVE online to a RL friend (adult) that doesn't play
2) Tell them what you are planning to do in the game and how you would like to use public money
3) Show your friend a post on MD that asked for public funds and was well received (e.g. filled)
4) Show them your post
5) Ask them if they would fund you were they an EVE player.
5a) If they wouldn't, ask them why and revise business plan and this post
OR
5b) Wait for investors
6-7) Fill these in yourself according to (revised) business plan.
8) Profit!!

Do you have any kind of product at all that you are able to show as proof that you really do intend to run this business?
Also, why have you priced the business at 50 billion isk - and if it is really worth that valuation and you are competent to value it, build it and run it, then why do you need a 2 billion isk cash advance to get it off the ground?

Please read your own post once again, but this time try to vision it from an investors point of view.
Do you see the weak spots, the warning signs?
No?
Ask a friend, prefferably one with some investment skills, to do the same and then let him explain.
Even better, if trully legit, make someone else help you refrase your need of isk.

A person that acctually know a thing or two about investments.
The op clearly lack some insights about how to present his case. Therefor I sugest that someone that he trusts and that also know a thing or two how investments work, help him. The way it is presented now I see it as: a) A scam b) a serious offer but not thought through c) a serious offer but badly presented d) all the alternatives.
