I am looking to sell a C3 wormhole with a Black Hole effect and lowsec static.
I found this wormhole about a week ago with 17 anomalies in it. After me and some corpmates cleared it out, we left it for the weekend to see what the respawn was like. Coming back there were 18 more anomolies. This indicates a respectable respawn rate. We ran the remaining anomalies last night and racked up over 1 billion. This would be a great hole for a small corp to set up shop to earn a bit of ISK. It has a direct access to lowsec, making loot sells fairly easy.

Note on spawns:
The wormhole generated about 18 anomalies within a 3 day weekend. Good respawn rate.
There are various other wormholes that spawn as well. There was, at one time, 5 wormholes going in/out of the system (outgoing: lowsec, c5; incoming: c2, 2x dangerous unknowns (c4/c5, unscouted and thus unknown))

This system seems to be pretty good at providing POS fuel with PI. I'm not a POS person myself, so I don't know if it has all the essentials, but the link I posted above gives you a little more info about it.
Misc:
There are two offlined POSs in the system, both belonging to the same corp. I have not seen any activity at all with these, so they are most likely dead.
