Ok, I have seen some threads around discussing this stuff. And I am still uncertain as to how many LPs one must have in order to be able to get a faction ship offer.
The way I understood so far... it is about 100k LP for a Frigate and upwards of 1 Mill LP for a BS.
Anyone out there have exact numbers info? Please let me know.
Cheers.

Really this spread is amazingly frustrating. It's all based on points, regardless of agent level.
Rather it should more be based on time invested. If someone's going to spend ages with a lvl1 agent, they should get more for their 7k than someone is getting for the same 7k from a lvl3 agent.
Frigs should be offered by lvl 1 agents at something like 10000 LP (that takes forever and an age with lvl 1 missions). But they should not be offered by lvl2 agents until much higher (following the same overall time investment). The same goes for lvl 3 agents. Lvl 4 agents should only give out the motherships that everyone's drooling over.
As it stands now you get the same offers for the same LPs regardless of agent level, which really makes little sense... and with the hideously slow progression up to lvl 4 agents (without the connections skill at high levels) it means that low level mission runners will consistently have crap shoved at them without any real worth for their work.

No, because if you received the same types of offers with the same amount of time invested then runners would be using lvl 1 agents instead of lvl 4's to get their faction ships. Mission difficulty increases with level, as should the LP rewards. It inspires players to move up through the different levels of agents, exactly as it should.

75K LP plus tags for a Caldari Navy Caracal.
I have all the tags but one and that one is a problem to get. Even after offering a shedload of ISK.

i had a 75k loyalty point plus tag offer for a hookbill, but im hoping for something a little more powerfull than that. Id take a navy siege launcher to be honest but i think you need 350k for one of those and thats half way to navy raven teritory.

I think the loyalty points should be a corporation thing, that way you could take your lp's with you on level advancement, all lp deals could be done via the corps home station.
As for crap mission offers, im getting those with level 4 agents, last one i had was a hookbill bpc's, but i needed loads of tags which would have cost too much. Ill probibly have enough isk to buy a navy raven by the time i get offered one.
