When one of my customers lost some of them because was killed in mission or to Ihakana pirates, I just replace it for free. I understand this as a service more than a simple selling. But I know you had some business with my predecessor, so will do a exception in this case and will charge for items a lower price than average in market. I was moving house on that day, so contacted my ISP provider to bring my connection to my new address. Whilst my old connection was cancelled in the proper time in my former house the new one didn't perform so well, and still not line in my house until 1st/08/2011. To avoid more delays to you I bought today a dongle to get mobile connection, so at least i will be able to start to work in your orders. Sorry for any inconvenience this could cause to you.

After Incarna i got a customer that had problems with this. He had already those skills, but he started from 0.0 standings, and still had problems. He was always a little down the scheduled and expected standings, dunno why. It is true too that he had problems with the missions rewards and standings gains, as they were not reflected in his file in the order he did the missions. Wherever it was a bug or a particular thing happening only to him still to be uncovered. Thankfully there is a series of low level agents that will give some standings exchanging tags, easily found in market or contracts, that allow you to increase slightly your actual standings and so go to the next agent.
