* What will you be doing with the ISK mmm? = Station Trading in Jita with my Perfect Trade Alt (password available via mail to investors/potential investors only)
* Will you get an Audit?/Tutskii claim evaluation = Certainly!, should the need arise.
* Hang on you say your estimated NAV is 22b why do you need Public isk? = my Nav is very "Asset heavy", there was also a thread in here earlier saying that there is no "entry level" friendly investments. so i will step up and offer this service.
* Why can i only have 20 Bonds? = i want to give everyone a even chance to pick up some bonds. so im capping it, so it doesnt get sold out.
* Do you have an Exit strategy? Yes! If my markets crash etc, i make close to the bond amount per Month with my invention business. i have no problems liquidating assets to cover it as well.
* Don't you also offer collateralized bonds? so what gives? why u no offer collateral!!!? = i'm in the process of recycling my collateral for iCandy #3.

thanks for your reservation.
To explain, yes i did say i wanted a break or some such, so i stopped "trading" (buying) and liquidated (actively sold stock) iCandy #2 about a week earlier than previously planned (approx 7 days before the bond was due to end), that coupled with the minor delay on getting collateral back, and i'm ready to trade aggressively again

This morning while we were chatting to setup the collateral swap & bond payout, Candy explained me something like: the "real" bonds (the > 5B stuff, with collateral) are suspended till a certain thing happens (I'll let Candy expand on this if she wants) and this one is a sort of "small new investors opportunity" with reduced bonds cap.

Yes, the Collateralized iCandy bonds will begin once i recycle out my Current collateral (Capitol/BS bpo's), some of which requires some more research to round them up to round numbers etc. (its my belief that big round numbers sell better... go figure :p)
This is also mentioned in the OP. i estimate this process to take approx 3 weeks, to round the numbers & sell the BPO's hence the term of this bond being 3 weeks long, at an effective monthly rate of 10% (2.5% per week, rounded to up to 8%)
I will be making a thread in the sell order forums once i sort of some research slots. (within approx 5 days)

Yes this is correct, designed to get new MD'rs/investors isk working for them, at a reduced bond cap. (200m is alot of isk for alot of people. i mean no offense here)

Hi Raw,
i addressed this earlier, prior to Posting the bond on forum.
I automatically assumed VV is far to busy (unless he posts here saying otherwise) With his RL commitments to perform a quick fact check/Audit.
I earlier asked Tutskii if he will perform a basic fact check (as per his thread) is there any particular facts you would like confirmed prior to my mailing him?
Have added your reservation with the proviso of a fact check.

Principally the NAV but a quick glance to make sure BB or Riethe aren't on your accounts wouldn't hurt either and a peak into your wallet logs to confirm that you actively trade (or have actively traded) would be nice as well.

The NAV could be tricky, i have crap everywhere :|
Ill send VV/Tutskii my Full Trader API key + my 2 other Limited API keys, and get ask him nicely to confirm,
1) That i trade on Doofensmirtz & Candy Oshea (Trade Full API)
2) That im not those people you mentioned?? who is Reithe? (across my 3 accounts)
Will also send my 3 FULL API Keys to VV And ask him nicely to confirm,
1)NAV. (This may take some time though as he said he was booked for a while. so i will probably push on with the bonds whilst this gets sorted)

Bear in mind my Nav Calc is including characters.
I do not want my characters Listed in public for obvious reasons, i wonder if this will be an issue or whether the auditor/fact checkers word is enough.

Rough NAV is fine, as long as it can be confirmed to be more than, say 15bil. Including characters is also fine by me as I do exactly the same, although I would want a rough breakdown between characters and other assets (I would be concerned, for instance, if you had 23bil in characters and 1bil in other assets).
As to Riethe, he is an evil spirit invoked by true believers in order to justify audits. I missed his main scam as it was before my time but when I launched my first bond and argued that I shouldn't need to bother with an audit someone pointed out to me that audits had developed, at least in part, after Riethe had scammed (40bil iirc) and then claimed that numerous other people on MD were his alts. Having had some interactions with him when he resubbed in early 2010 I think this statement was probably intended only to spread drama and discord as these, rather than isk, seemed to be his real objectives (check eve-search for the dramas in the early months of 2010 - some are classics, such as Riethe getting himself made a mod for the SCC-Lounge channel, which event led directly to a brief period of competition in which Signatures was made public as an alternative scammer-free zone, before Riethe got sacked in the ensuing outcry). So, one of the reasons for audits has historically been to ensure that no one suffers from the embarrassing situation of being scammed by an alt who is on the same account as Riethe's main.
FakeEdit - My favourite example of a Riethe scam was even more embarrassing for the investors than this. He posted a bond offering asking for immediate cash and noting that he had run a bond in the past and was well-known on MD. All this was done with his main and even linked his scam bond as the bond he had run in the past. He picked up about a bil in 30mins, if memory serves.

I received a request to verify the following claims by Candy Oshea:
1) That i trade on Doofensmirtz & Candy Oshea (Trade Full API)
2) That im an alt of a scam person (across my 3 accounts)
I thus verify that 1, Candy Oshea and Doofensmirtz actively trade; and 2, that none of Candy's alts across the accounts I received, are the mentioned people in this thread as scammers, including the notorious Riethe, or have participated in any scams, to the best of my knowledge.
To ascertain this, a variety of apps were used to determine profit from the full API, and to extract the character names of the limited API's. I received a full API for Candy's account, and limited API keys for two other accounts.
This claim is correct as of the time of this post. It is in no way, shape or form an endorsement of this offering, nor should it be taken as investment advice. This verification extends only to the named claim, and it does not guarantee the future performance or behaviour of any party.
No records are kept of anything obtained with the API as its source or that is not public knowledge.

Raw23: Quick Nav check can be done without an Auditor at this stage. If you refer to my previous collaterilzed bond (link is in the OP) you will note that the bond had some 5.5b worth of BPO's as collateral verified by VV as of yesterday.
I will give you a rough breakdown regardless,

Notice to the Current people with reservations.
It appears we have a total of 3.4b reserved bonds, my OP has clearly said that there is to be "2-3b" it appears the low entry bonds have been more popular than anticipated.
To that extent, i give notice that i will be accepting more reservations up until 24 hours from the time of posting the OP (Some 12 more hours), so as to give newer MD'ers a fair chance to get an investment in, (Which was the purpose for this)
If You do not agree with this, please feel free to contact me via mail or post here. I am by no means "expanding the bond" so much as accommodating Newer MD'ers/Investors.
I will revise the Cap to be 4b in the OP, and unless noted otherwise, the cap per bond holder is to be 20 Bonds still. Once/If we reach 4b in reservations, i will close reservations & begin accepting isk & trading.
