* Hang on you say your estimated NAV is 22b why do you need Public isk? = my Nav is very "Asset heavy", there was also a thread in here earlier saying that there is no "entry level" friendly investments. so i will step up and offer this service.
* Why can i only have 20 Bonds? = i want to give everyone a even chance to pick up some bonds. so im capping it, so it doesnt get sold out.
* Do you have an Exit strategy? Yes! If my markets crash etc, i make close to the bond amount per Month with my invention business. i have no problems liquidating assets to cover it as well.
* Don't you also offer collateralized bonds? so what gives? why u no offer collateral!!!? = i'm in the process of recycling my collateral for iCandy #3.

thanks for your reservation.
To explain, yes i did say i wanted a break or some such, so i stopped "trading" (buying) and liquidated (actively sold stock) iCandy #2 about a week earlier than previously planned (approx 7 days before the bond was due to end), that coupled with the minor delay on getting collateral back, and i'm ready to trade aggressively again

This morning while we were chatting to setup the collateral swap & bond payout, Candy explained me something like: the "real" bonds (the > 5B stuff, with collateral) are suspended till a certain thing happens (I'll let Candy expand on this if she wants) and this one is a sort of "small new investors opportunity" with reduced bonds cap.

Yes, the Collateralized iCandy bonds will begin once i recycle out my Current collateral (Capitol/BS bpo's), some of which requires some more research to round them up to round numbers etc. (its my belief that big round numbers sell better... go figure :p)
This is also mentioned in the OP. i estimate this process to take approx 3 weeks, to round the numbers & sell the BPO's hence the term of this bond being 3 weeks long, at an effective monthly rate of 10% (2.5% per week, rounded to up to 8%)
I will be making a thread in the sell order forums once i sort of some research slots. (within approx 5 days)

Yes this is correct, designed to get new MD'rs/investors isk working for them, at a reduced bond cap. (200m is alot of isk for alot of people. i mean no offense here)

Principally the NAV but a quick glance to make sure BB or Riethe aren't on your accounts wouldn't hurt either and a peak into your wallet logs to confirm that you actively trade (or have actively traded) would be nice as well.

The NAV could be tricky, i have crap everywhere :|

Rough NAV is fine, as long as it can be confirmed to be more than, say 15bil. Including characters is also fine by me as I do exactly the same, although I would want a rough breakdown between characters and other assets (I would be concerned, for instance, if you had 23bil in characters and 1bil in other assets).
As to Riethe, he is an evil spirit invoked by true believers in order to justify audits. I missed his main scam as it was before my time but when I launched my first bond and argued that I shouldn't need to bother with an audit someone pointed out to me that audits had developed, at least in part, after Riethe had scammed (40bil iirc) and then claimed that numerous other people on MD were his alts. Having had some interactions with him when he resubbed in early 2010 I think this statement was probably intended only to spread drama and discord as these, rather than isk, seemed to be his real objectives (check eve-search for the dramas in the early months of 2010 - some are classics, such as Riethe getting himself made a mod for the SCC-Lounge channel, which event led directly to a brief period of competition in which Signatures was made public as an alternative scammer-free zone, before Riethe got sacked in the ensuing outcry). So, one of the reasons for audits has historically been to ensure that no one suffers from the embarrassing situation of being scammed by an alt who is on the same account as Riethe's main.
FakeEdit - My favourite example of a Riethe scam was even more embarrassing for the investors than this. He posted a bond offering asking for immediate cash and noting that he had run a bond in the past and was well-known on MD. All this was done with his main and even linked his scam bond as the bond he had run in the past. He picked up about a bil in 30mins, if memory serves.

I received a request to verify the following claims by Candy Oshea:
1) That i trade on Doofensmirtz & Candy Oshea (Trade Full API)
2) That im an alt of a scam person (across my 3 accounts)
I thus verify that 1, Candy Oshea and Doofensmirtz actively trade; and 2, that none of Candy's alts across the accounts I received, are the mentioned people in this thread as scammers, including the notorious Riethe, or have participated in any scams, to the best of my knowledge.
To ascertain this, a variety of apps were used to determine profit from the full API, and to extract the character names of the limited API's. I received a full API for Candy's account, and limited API keys for two other accounts.
This claim is correct as of the time of this post. It is in no way, shape or form an endorsement of this offering, nor should it be taken as investment advice. This verification extends only to the named claim, and it does not guarantee the future performance or behaviour of any party.
No records are kept of anything obtained with the API as its source or that is not public knowledge.

Raw23: Quick Nav check can be done without an Auditor at this stage. If you refer to my previous collaterilzed bond (link is in the OP) you will note that the bond had some 5.5b worth of BPO's as collateral verified by VV as of yesterday.

Notice to the Current people with reservations.
It appears we have a total of 3.4b reserved bonds, my OP has clearly said that there is to be "2-3b" it appears the low entry bonds have been more popular than anticipated.
To that extent, i give notice that i will be accepting more reservations up until 24 hours from the time of posting the OP (Some 12 more hours), so as to give newer MD'ers a fair chance to get an investment in, (Which was the purpose for this)
If You do not agree with this, please feel free to contact me via mail or post here. I am by no means "expanding the bond" so much as accommodating Newer MD'ers/Investors.

To make things a little more difficult for you those contracts Since have been accepted (by my researcher), there is a Mrymidon BPO up on public contracts, i valued most of those BPO's at NPC in my rough NAV estimate. so you may have to retreive API on those again

Hello everyone,
Wow VV very impressive report. thankyou very much, i really appreciate it.
As you can see from VV's NAV report, im particully bad at "rough estimations" being my 'guess' :

Im Very sorry if i have mislead anyone with my calculations More embarrassed than anything.
I trust that when everyone read VV's Nav report, they didn't skip the fine print which clearly stated that what he performed was strictly a NAV report, nothing further.

Due to the Extended downtime nerfing my gametime tonight  , the bonds will begin tommorrow night (24 hours from now)
oh, and still waiting on 3 Bond holders to send through there iskies!

^^ Good to know, Have received all reservations except for 1 player as highlighted in the payment post above, to whom ill give benefit of the doubt (not being able to run patch/ RL issue or some such.)
The bond will begin officially Tonight 2/06/11 (7 hours from this post)
And Will be closed/paid out on the 23/06/11 (mark your calenders)
Have updated the OP, (VV you may have to update your website???)
If the person who has requested a Reservation of 20 Bonds sends isk in after the official start date, i will still accept it, but it will be at an adjusted interest rate (lower) Just wanted to note this, as i do not intend to hold 3.8 bil Public isk waiting for 1 person.

Small bump
Bond is doing quite well thus far, im using a different strategy this time around & it appears to be working well.
Also note i have removed Jacob Eisenhorn from the reservation list, as he has failed to communicate with me regarding his reservation.
This & i have updated all relevant posts to 3.8b as the bond's total.
Look forward to your principal + interest on the 23/6/11
In terms of iCandy Collaterilzed Bonds, i have sold a Cap BPO(for a 25% profit ) & rebought 1 BS BPO. The others are being 'Rounded up' ME/PE wise, finishing in the next weeks, at which time i will attempt to sell them. & re-invest in vanilla prints for collateral, or if they don't sell, simply push on with researching them whilst being held as collateral.
Interest rates will be determined by a debt auction, And there will be no "limits" on bonds being held (unlike previous iCandy offerings), thus one person can fill the entire bond.

Just a little bump to let everyone know I Intend to pay this Bond out 3 Days early (with full interest) few reasons:
1) My stock sold very quickly when i liquidated it in anticipation of paying out the bonds.
2) I expect the next 1-2 weeks during my primetime (1-2 hours either side of DT) to be riddled with patches for the Incarna expansion due tomorrow. interupting my gametime & ability to payback the bonds.
3) There is a chance the expansion may not work on my PC's due to bug's.
So im hedging my bets or some such.
Payouts will begin in Approx 8 hours from this post.

Confirming all payments have been made. Have tripled checked the list.
The goal of these bonds were to encourage some newer investors into MD related offerings, and i hope that this has been achieved.
In terms of 'another offering' have had a few requests for reservations etc & private investments. Im going to wait out the patch weeks & see what happens. patches like this usually effect my gameplay thus my ability to update orders & stay on top of my markets (extended downtimes, constant patches etc.)
Will issue another bond probably this weekend.
Cheers again for your investments, and although 16m interest may seem small to some people i hope it made a difference

Excellent advice here for investors new or old. However, fully collaterilzed bonds in my experience fill very quickly when the collateral is in safe hands  was the case with iCandy anyway

Good advice, thanks. Thing is that I haven't a large amount of readily available cash available as I'm new to the trade game in relative terms.
I have 2 clones trading in a couple of the quieter trade hubs, and one doing some PI also. My main character's source of income is missions when I get online, but my main source of income is still trade, to the tune of about 600m a month profit (since March), given I get on once a day if lucky at tthe moment I'm happy with that. When I have spare cash I like to pump some into a small bond, as you said collateralised bonds tend to fill within minutes fully and not all of us can put up billions of isk just like that. Maybe once I have more time to dedicate to playing I'll turn my hand at real trading...
Still, thanks for the good advice and a successful return on my ISK :)

Do you know why they get filled so quick?
You should hang in the SCC-Lounge chat, quite often those who want to start a new bond talk about it in there and people like me reserve money directly in game. This gives some head start.
