Is it possible? If not, what would I need at a bare minimum to run some of the sites? Thanks.

I really dont think you'd stand a chance in a c5, the Neuting is out of control, brought our carrier to 0 cap anytime they wanted, with only 2 characters they'd pretty much both be @ 0 the whole time lol, makes keeping things alive (or killing them) pretty tough

absolute bare minimum - 3 tengu's. Alternative minimum - 2 logi's (any type, just make it 2 of the same type) + dps. If you go the 2 logi route, you can afford to do things like bring in high dps battleships. Note 3 tengu's are going to outdps any 1 BS + 2 logi setup. If you do this, you have to be VERY careful to make sure that you don't mess up the triggers. If you can get more than 3 people in the site, then you will generally be better off with 2 logi's + high dps battleships. 3 logi's (who are paying attention) and you are certain not to loose anything unless you mess up the kill order.
If you bring in a capship... bring in a carrier that can go triage, and pop into that until some of the initial escalation can be worked down with dps battleships. After that, you can hop out of triage and toss your drones on things.

What if the Group consisted of 2 Tengu's and 1 Basi as the Logistics? 1 of the Tengu's would have an Energy Transfer to transfer supply capacitor to the Logistics.

...And when the logistics is targetted? I hope you forgot to mention the reps the tengu will bring, because that logi isn't fending for itself. ------------------------------- When I mitigate risks in business, they call me financially sound. When I mitigate risk in PVP, they call me a coward.

The Two Tengu's use Adaptive Shielding that gives 5% bonus to all shield resistances per level and 10% Bonus to shield transporter effectiveness per level.

The Basilisk will need an incoming large energy transfer to be cap-stable. Bring another Basi, they work best in pairs (like boobs û the more, the better ).

Won't really work over having a 3rd tengu. The problem is that in a c5, with such low numbers you are looking at issues with both damage and tank. 1 RR from a tengu can keep another tengu up... ish... once you manage to get the dps under control, and if you have a max skilled mindlinked tengu fleet booster. Of course, if you were foolish enough to not fire at your targets, then 1 RR wouldn't be enough. DPS wise - 3 500dps RR tengu's will manage to put out enough dps to break the RR tank the sleepers carry in some of the sites, barely. 1500dps is pretty much the minimum needed. That means that if you drop 1 tengu in favor of a basi, now you won't have enough dps to actually complete the site.
In a group of 3, the only way that you can afford to bring in a logi and have it be more effective than another RR ship is if you pair the logi up with something (like a domi or a rattlesnake) and then use the 3rd person for a ship much more up close and personal, like a vindicator/mach/NM, and that would allow you to breach the 1500dps threshold needed.
Once you get to 4 people though, logi's become actually useful, as you can go with something like 2 logi's 2 dps battleships, or 1 logi, 1 logi buddy battleship, and 2 dps battleships. And yes, I do speak from experience in this matter - I currently run c5's with 3 characters actually on the field. And honestly, it would probably be impossible in something other than tengu's if I didn't have that mindlinked seige warfare tengu boosting us.

I agree with this analysis. It has been my experience as well, and I live 'solo' in a C5.
The real problem is the remote repping frigates tbh. And before I hear "web" or "Target paint" even in a Tengu there isnt the slots when you are battling the Nueting and the DPS.
