To reply to the poster, that booster is probably worth between 1.5-2 bill isk although you would be seriously retarded to actually spend that. Back when I was in m0o we destroyed a Raven with full set of Gisti loot, amp,
XL-C-type, hardeners. Took ages to take him down  poor guy must have cried at loosing all that

Oh, Annihilus is one of the biggest buyers of gurista and missile/caldari-oriented loot around that I know of. He also resides in one of the best npc hunting systems in Venal to get his own.
Check his stats on the BoB killboard, bet you'll find a few more factions mods lost there with all those Scorps and Ravens.
