But as a paying customer I think it would be fair if CCPdid compensate their customers in some way, after all we are in a customer supplier relationship with them and that is the general praxis in most businessrelationships. If the supplier don't deliver to their promise to their customer, then the customer is entiltled to a little something extra.
I believe lots of you would say that some extra SP would go a long way for CCP to regain some of that lost customer satisfaction, because right now my csat report on CCP doesn't look all that positive.
