First of all thanks CCP for a Mac Client.
Having switched fully recently I now play on a iMac 2011. Not many companies endorse Mac gaming, however the Steam thing was also welcome and Portals 2 is a nice game inbetween Eve Sessions. So you really deserve gratitude to bring Eve to the Mac!
Now from a recent converter there is one main problem I still have:
No fixed window mode.
I have to use a third party program to get a resolution in Eve that I do not cut off the bottom of the window, when running in windowed mode. As fullscreen also blacks your second monitor and you are screwed.
CCP this kind of window handling within MacOS is realy easy. Adjusting your resolutions in windowed mode, even when your wine is emulating full screen, is realy easy too... You can even let the Cocoa toolbox do it for you (Parallels does this to accomplish its "coherent mode window handling")
c'mon fix this please, I have to play in windowed mode as a dualboxing guy (and the jukebox bug)
Apart from that I am really happy with Eve on the mac. Performance and grafix are stunning. I know a native Mac Client would be to costly and I am amazed what those guys from transgaming made with Cider. This is tough stuff to do, please keep up the good work!

and that my friends is a perfect example of what is commonly known as a 'poop sandwich'
Starts with a nice slice of fresh bread ... next up, the dung ... followed by another fresh parting slice.
