A few observations regarding Changing ships.
1. I'd love to get a "list" of ships next to the "Open Ship hangar" button at the ships graphic if I have hidden all the rest of the UI (Ctrl-F9)
2. The message we get when trying to select a ship too soon after another selection or docking should not refer to entering the ships, as it makes little sense when we are on the balcony looking at the ship. Instead it might be better to refer to the current ship still being towed into place (and perhaps having the hangar graphics reflect this), though I'd rather have the 20-30 second delay removed.
3. When hovering the mouse on the floating representation of the selected ship, it would be "nice" to have the graphics show a "silhouette" of the fittings as well.
Notes on PI.
When doing PI from the screen in the CQ, it would be more "intuitive" or at least provide a better sense of immersion, had the PI UI been ON that screen, and not opening up as it does now, taking up the entire screen.
That pretty much goes for all the screens that can be accessed from the CQ panels.

Originally by: WiseMan Ari it seriously needs a button to disable the CQ stuff, already miss seeing my ship in hangar. Also not beeing able to double click a random spot while docked and having it open your cargo hold is very annoying
At least they could give the option to only load the "balcony" and place the pilot there.

Also, here is a few things I'd like to see changed:
1: As mentioned before, the option to disable the station environment...
Agreed

2: Although I like to look at my ship up close, I really don't like how the ships float in mid air by the balcony... Below the balcony, in the station there is a docking pad... Use it.
The problem them was that in the first test on Duality, the ships smaller than a destroyer were practically invisible, even when we knew where to look. The good thing with the new method is that we can see the ship, the bad is that we get no sense of scale.
Overall, I want them to use the "docking pads" as well. And add a screen above the balcony console where we can zoom in.

5: Ability to do changes in the character customization interface without having to make a new character portrait. What's the relevance of taking a new photo if you change your shoes or put on sunglasses?
I definitely agree. Why should we be going to the customization screen at all if all we do is changing our shoes, or put on sun glasses purchased from the market?

Originally by: Yukiyo I am getting the ghosting after leaving the character creator or sitting on the sofa. This is happening approx 90% of the time.
If you can reproduce it, then restart the client with logging (or to start a new log, no need to send them a two hour log if 5 minutes will do :) )
Take screenshots where needed, once you reproduce it, exit the client, find the screenshots and zip them up along with the log file in your Sisi client directory, it'll be the latest one, and the saved report from DxDiag.
Post the details of the bug on https://bugs.eveonline.com/ preferably including the steps you took to produce it.

I like it, though they ought to have shown the ship being hit by some return fire as well, in the form of blaster or laser fire, in order to show off the new "shield impact" effect I've noticed on Sisi. If nothing else than because it is Amarr
Though I guess most here have seen it already, here's a Full HD capture of the login screen's animation, without the UI elements: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ix9TT2Svd0U
