these are the tags i get from Enemies abound 1,3,4 & 5 ( listed below ).
1st 3 are vs galante & the last one is vs matar.
as i amarr mission runner i feel that there is a HUGE shortage of anti faction missions vs matar .
I would not mind nearly as much if all storyline combat missions were anti-faction.
making them anti faction WOULD not make any huge differences to how things are right now.
anyone who wants to be friendly to all four main factions dont do storyline missions and just does all four epic storylines for the empires.
ccp things do need to change for the better.
- four units of Federation Navy Midshipman Insignia III

You couldn't be more wrong about that even if you tried.

I see no problem in getting only Anti-Empire Faction encounter missions. As long as those offers come from a Security Storyline Agent in a Military NPC Corporation. If it's from a Civilian NPC Corporation, then it should be against NPC Pirates.

There is a critical shortage of anti minmatar lvl4's. I only know of one such mission and it is enemies abound 5 of 5. On the minmatar side it isn't nearly so bad, I know there are a couple different ones against amarr. What needs to happen is for CCP to simply add a lvl4 mission or two that are anti-minmatar. Just regular old missions, not storylines. Though a few anti-minnie storylines added to the pool wouldn't be a bad thing.
