Hi,
My Caldari standing is +8.72.
Looking at the standings table in the EVELOPEDIA it says that at a standing of 8.00 (8.5 adjusted) I will get a faction Frigate BPC offer.
What else do I need to do to get this? Dock at a certain station in Caldari space, something else?
Input will be greatly appreciated.

Go to Otitoh, Friggi stargate. Have 30 Guristas Silver Tags in your hold.

It's not automatic, as others have linked above, the frigate / cruiser / BS BPCs are handed as reward for your tags (you must bring them) + standings at a COSMOS agent.

Can we confirm that it really is only ONCE per character you can do this please? I want to know whether or not I should concentrate on getting my standings up to 9.9 for the Battleship blueprint first.

All COSMOS are once per agent per character. The different size faction ships are different agents.

Maybe he doesnt know about LP store, before the LP store you would get offers from agents, remember?
Also the offers from research agents sometimes got you a t2 bpo.

Need faction and corporate for this specific BPC reward..... ran into the same issue with Gallente.
