If I wanted to join a 0.0 entity, carebear it up for a few months then complain when I am expected to attend a large scale fleet because 'I don't like flying xxxx fleet fit and the FC is a bossy douchebag, I have a real life as well so don't tell me what to do with my game time' and then blame the alliance diplomats when we lose our space... Where would be a good place to do that?

we don't have any compulsory CTAs in test and we are quite liberal regarding **** fit ships and the best part is we have a couple of awesome FCs who like to leeroy our fleets occasionally. feel free to contact a test alliance diplomat and see if you can work out something

The recruitment channel of course, there are tons of ****ty renters that wont even check you out, you'll be in 0.0 by dinner time!
