Finally have enough capital coming in that i can support a second account with PLEX. the plan is to make a mission runner that could pay for its own monthly with a PLEX so main account can do the same with it then i can basically play the game for free.
However, i wanted to make a mission runner. Is there a guide for mission running that is similar to the one for mining? http://www.eve-wiki.net/?title=Haladas_Mining_Guide
That one is amazingly detailed for a miner. Was wondering if there is a similar one for mission running to do level 4s eventually. So i can get an idea of what kind of ship i want to fly and weapons and most of all. Locations!

Already tried that, everything was from isk selling websites or was very uninformative. Don't assume people don't do the obvious.

Duh, except for the first two links which are the Eve Mission Survival guide, THE best guide to missions that exists.

Either i am a moron or i cant find what you are talking about.
What that appears to be is a wiki of missions. While useful it doesn't really help me begin my career in running missions.
Looking for something that will give advice on ship fittings. Maybe a good starter ship i can get into pretty quickly then branch out from there. Also a general guide on working my way up to level 4s would be awesome.
This just seems to be very mission specific. However it is bookmarked because this is definitely a very cool site.

Look at Eve Survival's recommended ships. Those are the ships you want to aim for... Note that Tengu is on like, every list. This seems to be the premier mission ship, and it's not a cheap investment. With ship types in hand, go to eve.battleclinic.com and browse loadouts for mission runners.
Guristas jamming buff makes their missions a pain, so you might want to avoid Caldari and Amarr agents. Caldari ships do well against Angels, so Minmatar agents work well.

I don't think you're going to find an in-depth guide to the *generalities* of combat mission running, because really it all boils down to:
1) Accept mission from agent. 2) Fly to bookmark. 3) Shoot everything that looks at you funny. 4) Shoot everything else. 5) Loot it. 6) Salvage it if you want. 7) Hand it in. 8) ??? 9) PROFIT! ... 10) Repeat until your eyeballs fall out.
By far the most important thing you need to worry about is the specific DETAIL of a particular mission. For example, several missions are set so that shooting a particular enemy will cause a load more enemies to spawn and attack you. If you know this in advance you can bring the spawns in in a controlled fashion, rather than potentially having a mob of baddies beating on you all at once.
The above posted EVE survival site is the very best place for that kind of information.
For suggested ship fittings, try:

Good luck!

Ok, let me try asking this then. What ship would be a good goal to work towards to do level 4 missions, and should i want to. I can use the skills and/or said ship to traverse into pvp?

I think *starting* with a Tengu is perhaps a bit much for a beginner mission runner. They are the better part of a billion ISK just to get the hull+subsystems.
From my own experience the best PVE mission ship is the Raven, just for sheer versatility. Closely followed, I'd imagine, by the Dominix.
Out of those two, the Domi is the shorter jump to PVP usefulness.
