How do you flip a can? If you blow it up in high sec you are saying that the highsec police aren't activated?

EVELOPEDIA-Can Flipping...
Steal from a wreck or container. In case the content doesn't fit in your cargo (ie. a lot of ore), jettison a container yourself, and drag it from their container to yours. Try not to make it too obvious that you want them to shoot you, and make them think that you are just an ordinary thief.
At this point, you'll get an aggression timer to the corp. You hope that the victim does one of the following things:
Steal the contents back from your container
Shoot you
Bring in a corpmate to shoot you
Change to a combat ship in the station and come back to shoot you
At this point, you can shoot them back. Then loot and salvage their wreckage!

I saw someone can-flipping to **** off a mining vessel and getting ganked by a Webbing frigate and a nicely fitted cruiser. So I suppose its all about trying your luck, right?
I mean, find a can and align for a quick get-away?

Got covert ops 4, minmatar frig 5 and cloaky 4 tomorrow. I'll finally be able to probe down thos AFK cearbears in safespots ! I could also try some ninja'ing for the sake of it. 
I also have a hard time deciding if I should train for bombers or recons next.
I got a few in corp wanting to bomb with me but I will need that pilgrim for exploration once I (hopefully) ruin my sec status...
I am leaning towards the hound as I will only need to train 1 month for covert ops 5. but on the other hand all thos missile skills with covert ops 5 might take longer than recon 5 + amarr cruiser...
WHELP?! 
I also wish someone could tell me exactly when CCP became ÇÇ₱. |
