First, there's an "Ideas" section here, so next time you feel like rewriting the game mechanics, go ahead and post it in there.
Now for your first point... which I'll admit made me laugh quite a bit. So let me get this straight, you think that we should eliminate gates from the playing field. Any aggro around a lowsec gate will result in being jammed and neuted "a little bit"? So during any fight in lowsec on a gate, each pilot has a chance of being jammed by the new 8th Order Supergates. This is really truly stupid.
It's your fault for jumping a PVE Raven around lowsec. Get a clocky Tengu or something if you actually have nothing better to do than run missions and you insist on doing them in lowsec.
As for the drone thing.... The guns will pop any drones of an aggro'd pilot, so unless all the pilots on the gate aren't taking GCC, then thier drones will slowly die off anyway. If you're an idiot and dont have your brackets sorted, then it's your fault your lagging.
Your third point... That wouldn't change anything. If I'm out in space, I usually have GCC. The gate is always shooting me, and they haven't killed me yet. Camps have logis, so even if the guns are always firing, pirates will still be there to pop your PVE Raven.
I warn all actual lowsec players to not read this post. It's just some lame PVE whine post about lowsec piracy.
My advice to Asuka: Go back to highsec.

Point 3. would totally kill the fun still left in lowsec. Which is soloing in frigates.
Though I have to give you that point 1. is good.
Point 2. is crap though. There are plenty of guys you can shot with drones, wartargets and other outlaws. Anyways you got a full minute of gatecloak which is plenty of time for loading a grid in lowsec. It is not as if we're talking about 1000 man megablobs here.

I love a good pirate camp. Eve can be freakin boring and while I live in 0.0 which is fun, I have to head to empire at times. I prefer a fun challenge then warping over and over in dull anticipation of my next gate jump. I love pirates who know their stuff and make me work for a gate jump.
All that being said, if you really don't know how to avoid camps and survive in low sec just remember
1. Never warp gate to gate with people in local. Warp to belt then gate (planets are the new black and pirates have gotten smarter).
2. Eve is never 100% safe! But you can lower your odds quite a bit
3. Go with friends, family, or the assorted mercs.
4. Don't hate the players and get mad at pirates, get better at Eve
5. Read the forums and pirate info. I learned more about pirates reading their posts when I first started Eve them my old corp and any else taught me.
Just a few hints and suggestions.

And second: As an occasional in lowsec, if I am going in, either to cross, or go on a pvp roam, I take something stupid fast, and still decently tanked. I have fought away from a few gate camps, and lost a few ships too. Don't take a PVE Raven into low/null! Are you stupid? Did you forget that anyone can attack you almost without consequence? Or do you think that the regular game mechanics shouldn't apply to you and you are somehow special? Either get a ship meant to do stuff like that, keep paying your scout, or stay the hell out of low. It's so easy a mentally handicapped caveman with half a brain could do it. So what's your excuse?
