Doesn't seem to be much info out there on this topic.
I've read that any ship class can use a Titan's jump portal; can anyone confirm if this is correct?
If so, what isotope fuel would an Orca need in order to use the portal? Being an ORE ship it's not clear (to me at least) which racial type it would sit with.

Confirming. Any ship can use a jump bridge.

Errr... no. The fuel that is used to jump bridge is stored and used by the titan itself and not by the ship using the jumpbridge (in other words, you don't need to worry about having fuel... just have enough ISK to cover the titan pilot's fuel costs).
Add into your calculations that the cost to bridge a ship is based on its mass. The greater its mass is, the more fuel it uses and the more expensive the jump is.

Thanks Shah, just what I was hoping to hear 
So the fuel type is based on the racial class of the Titan itself I guess

Check that out.
A jump portal on a titan uses stront, not racial fuel, liquid ownzone or heavy water, just a set amount of strong and you can have any number or type of ship jump through, even other titans (and orcas)
No fuel is needed for any ship using the portal

Stront is used by the Titan to open the Jump Portal. Each ship that is bridged through the opened portal consumes some of the Titan's racial isotope, in an amount proportional to the mass of the ship that is bridged.
