Whenever i think of hydra reloaded, Hydro springs to mind. Dams, locks, weirs and even jetties appear out of thin air, especially water pumps

As has been said before gankers are a problem and with your fit they will respawn faster than your drones can kill them. 
I think you could fit a "Cynosural Field Generator" on your Nyx and keep an alt (or friend!) in a Hel in the system next door.
The Hel gets great bonuses for remote repairs, so you can go for FULL DPS fit on your Nyx and don't have to sacrifice slots for tank modules.
When your tank gets low (the NPC pirates should barely be able to scratch you, lol) you just activate the cyno and teleport the Hel onto the field of battle.
You might even want to wait a bit before telling your alt to come and rep you so the gankers grow a little overconfident

the real difficulty part is getting it into an incursion system.. I guess you would have to know ahead of time...
I think the cheapest option would be to put a spare nyx in each low sec system in that region, then you don't need to use a cyno to move about. Just pod yourself to the designated system, find your nyx, board, run mission, safe up, eject.
Easy!
Should cost you 500 mil if you get me to build them for you, money up front.
