Dear CCP did you consult with the EA Illuminati, its clearly their view of controlling cash-flow from gamers lol. Jesus man seriously wtf with game developers these days... simply ass-stounding

Developer can choose how they monetize their app or service, provided that they conform with the EVE EULA and ToS. Examples of monetization could be donations, one-time purchase, in-app purchase, subscriptions or ad-supported sites or apps. 3rd Party applications and services may not accept PLEX. The 3 points are for real cash. however the point bellow is slightly contradicting the point number 1 about the API stuff lol. CCP also allows non-commercial apps and services, subject to simple clickwrap agreement substantially similar to the one that is provided to registered fansites.* I think I am still right on this and I will ./support VV.

I had 4 in-game emails exchange in polite form with Amarr 155, last one was in December when I asked when I can get anything back, since then it was not very productive to talk to evebank on forum or via email.
