Just caught one of these and no one seems to have written about one yet.
Ships
Tanked with a Broadsword. Fitted passive resistance amps but there is no neuting, so active hardeners can be used.
DPS was from an Abaddon, Pulse fitted.
Complex
The site consists of 5 Rooms, no tags needed except you must kill all the ships to go to the next room. In every room you are aggro'd by everything at once
Room 1
On warp-in there are 8 Battleships (Monsignor/Cardinal), 9 Battlecruisers and about 10ish destroyers. Kill all and carry on.
Room 2
On warp-in there are 9 Battleships (Monsignor/Cardinal), 10 Battlecruisers and about 10ish destroyers. Kill all and carry on.
Room 3
On warp-in you get a pop up saying "There is a 96.2% chance there is a Blood Raider Hunter (the overseer) in this complex". Spawn consists of 1 Dark Blood Cruiser(DB Arch Templar), 9 Battleships, 10 Battlecruisers, and about 11ish destroyers. Kill all and carry on.
Room 4
On warp-in there is 1 Dark Blood Battleship(DB Cardinal), 7 Battleships, 13 Battlecruisers and 10ish destroyers. Kill all and carry on.
Room 5
On warp-in there is 1 Dark Blood Hunter(Overseer), 11 Battleships, 10 Battlecruiser, 1 Cruise, 10ish Destroyers and 1 Blood Stasis Web Battery. Kill all and collect loot from the Hunter.
The DB Hunter didn't seem to do any extra damage or tank more than a normal Battleship, however it has alot more HP on Armor/Shield/Structure.
Tactics
For the whole complex the tank never broke a sweat, even in the last room. The worst I got too was 50% shield. I just dropped drones from the abaddon and had them attack the destroyers in all the rooms, while I mopped up the Battleships and Battlecruisers with lasers.
Loot

Dark Blood Arch Templar (Room 3) - DB Brass Tag, Blood Microwave M, DB Heat Sink
Dark Blood Cardinal (Room 4) - DB Diamond Tag, Blood Standard L, DB Armor Thermic Hardener
Dark Blood Hunter (Room 5) - Bhaalghorn BPC(1-run), 20th OPE, Corpus C-type EM hardener
I think this is a rather good site, not too hard on the tanking or DPS. Loot drops were very good over what i've got from 8/10 and 10/10 in the past. I look forward to doing the next one

I usually do it in a solo Tengu. Takes some time to complete since there is 5 rooms and ****load of rats. You need to kill all of them to move to next rooms.
There is no neut, scram or web - until last room, there is a web tower and also Overseer that webs.
Overseer has lots of HP but no active tank, so it is easily killed solo.
This complex tend to drop Bhaalgorn BPC which is best thing you can get. But most time it will just give crappy Corpus C-Type Armor hardener.
