Agreed 100%. After the Marine barracks in Lebannon were bombed, Reagan pushed for a bigger aid package, because a strong, capable government is the best hope of reining in the extremists. Reagan was a smarter president than many give him credit for.

I want him to remind people why you don't ******* attack diplomatic missions, because when you decide to attack diplomacy, you get war.
Reagan, because he was smarter than you, understood the difference between a hostile state and a hostile fanatic minority.
