Just reactivated my EVE account after about 4 years. Unfortunately, I turned up in an unfriendly station with no access to the station services. I have not been booted from the station, but I am afraid to leave with some of my ships and assets because I am not sure I will be able to re-dock at the station once I leave. Suggestions??

Once you undock, you won't be able to dock again.
If you already have a jump clone somewhere else you can sell your stuff and then clone jump away, knowing you can jump clone back if needed.
If you already have a jump clone in the station, you can undock, knowing that you have a clone in the station and can clone jump back to sell your stuff if needed.
If you don't have a jump clone then there would be no way to get at your stuff once you undock, so you would need to use remote market skills to sell your stuff. Hopefully your items are not damaged so that you can put them up for sale.
The last option is to join the alliance that owns the station, or one of their blues in order to get your stuff out. Don't tell them this is why you are joining. Then leave once you have everything moved.

But even if I have a jump clone in that station, will it work if I am not friendly to the station?

Jump clones will work perfectly, but if you undock in your jumpclone you will not be able to dock again. You may be able to get back if your medical clone is set to station, but it is inadvisable, as you'll likely not be able to re-update your clone.. _____ When going to a party with wine, women, and song. Always ascertain the vintage of the first two.

I am fairly certain my medical clone is assigned to the station. Would it not be easier to undock with a full cargo hold, fly to a safe space and jump back to get another ship to repeat the process?

You will not be able to update your clone. Meaning, that after the first time, each jump back to the station (via pod self destruct) will cost you skill points.
If you believe the value of what you can haul out each time is greater than the value of the skillpoints lost, then go ahead.
Otherwise, just try to sell your stuff from the station. Better still, why not just make friends with the locals?

Beg plead and toss huge sums of ISK at a Corp that IS friendly to that station to allow you to join long enough to move your stuff out?
