Simple question,
Are there any in game chans where traders hang out?
just looking to pick up on some tips n ideas for getting back into trading.
if you know of any, please let me know.

I recommend Signatures for most trading/business discussion.
There is also the Legit Trading channel (is that right?) for the Bulk Trade mailing list which has good deals from time to time.

I recommend a full perspective about the trading chats available.
Check SCC-Lounge out, it's about trading but also about much more. You learn a lot about the game and its players by reading it. I am serious.

Also check out the Minerals & Manufacturing channel, it's one of the default ones under trade section in your channel browser. It has quite a bit of useful dicussion sometimes, not just endless WTS/WTB

Yeah, I have been sitting in the SCC-Lounge for a few weeks now, and some of their discussions are really valuable for newcomers. I have personally learned alot since I joined the channel.
Legit Trading channel is also a good site, with alot of buy and sell offers, from billions to a thousand isk.

The thing to keep in mind that people are friendly in scc-lounge -but- it is still a trader channel. The essence of trading is that someone gets screwed. Don't forget that.

I would say for traders, you want Signatures and Scc-Lounge open.
Signatures is more "serious business"; the moderation there is a little heavier-handed when it comes to people trolling and the tone is generally more professional.
SCC is a little "lighter side", but some of the heaviest hitters in trading hang out there, and BSing with traders can provide you connections for all sorts of things you may be interested in having access to.
