EVE Online: Incarna has been deployed. Incarna 1.0 features CaptainĘs Quarters, the new Nobel Exchange, new graphics and animations for turrets, and a lot more. Please check the patch notes for full details.
When reporting issues, please specify which client you are using (Mac or PC). This thread is for reporting issues only; for general feedback please use this thread.
Known Issues
- MAC - We have discovered an issue with the Mac client patch. If you are a Mac client user you will need to download the full client.
- MAC - If you have patched the Mac client and are unable to input your password, you will need to redownload the full Mac client
- Unable to move in your CQ after docking while previously undocking while sitting on the couch. Workaround: Make your character stop being so lazy by relogging
- Client crashing while undocking. Workaround: You can turn turn of the clothing simulation in the display and graphics settings.

If the repair tool is failing, try deleting or moving the file(s) that the repair tool indicates is causing the problem. This should resolve the repair tool issue(s).

I run Windows Vista Intel Core 2 Quad at 2.5 Ghz 4 GB RAM Nvidia GeForce 8800 GT
It shouldn't be a hardware issue. I can run most games at full settings. I've tried to log in five times now and it crashes as soon as I log in and it tries to load the station.

Yes, you'll need to re-download the full Mac client. We are currently working on restoring patches for the Mac client.

Can you try running EVE as administrator to see if this fixes your problem? Right click on the shortcut and click "Run as administrator".
Hopefully this will stop you from crashing. We've received your bug report and are looking into this, however.

How about NO? Every other company in the industry is able to incorporate some kind of automatic system for uploading crash logs, why cant you?
While it is your choice to submit a bug report or crash dump to us, without this information we simply cannot fix the problem.

Issues noted (running in low-res):
1. Turret icons do not show up in fitting window 2. Turret icons do not show up when fitted to ship and no charges loaded 3. Turrets 'disappear' from ships, specifically the Maelstrom, as you rotate the camera around the ship - usually the first 3 or last 3, depending on your angle. 5. Turrets are barely visible when targeting an enemy (dark gray, monotone, barely visible on the screen next to targets) 6. Colors seem to be washed out (lighter) than before the patch 7. There are no turret hardpoints on the Noctis, still, so turrets still do not show - just points of light where they could be ;)
I'm sure there are more issues but I got depressed that I found that much in less than 10 minutes of being back in the game that I decided I'd better just stop now while I'm still in a good mood and make a post.

And one last note - micro-transactions are called that because they're $1-$3 transactions... Nobody in their right mind is going to pay more than a couple of dollars for each item in the new BS store. Nice try, but I won't be spending any of my ISK or PLEX on aurium until the prices are more in line with the rest of the industry, not $60 US to buy a monocle, ffs. Or $40 for a skirt. WTF?!
EDIT: CCP, you do realize that for $40 I could buy a *real* skirt, right?
The disappearing turrets is a part of what's called "Level of Detail" (LOD for short). LOD will make turrets disappear at a certain distance from the camera. The intended result is a smoother running client. I'm investigating the other turret stuff at the moment. Thank you for your input on this, really appreciate it.

Kulu IX is a Storm planet. It's supposed to look like that. Compare to a "Temperate" planet (Kulu V) or a "Barren" planet (Kulu IV).

We are. We are constantly looking for ways to make EVE less resource consuming. Things like the new CQ and the new turret system will naturally result in a change in resource consumption, but our task is then to try and find ways to optimize it so that player experience gets better.

- This also happens when i don't previously sitting on the couch - But: Also happens while sitting on the couch, do something like chat, stand up and...freeze! No more moving...

Can you tell me if the items list is laggy every single time you open it up, or is it only when you open a new list for the first time? How many turrets do you have in that list? The new turret models require new thumbnails the first time you open any items list that has turrets that are not in the cache already, so a bit longer time is expected while images are loaded into cache.

Can you describe in more detail please, I can't reproduce this. What I tried was right-clicking on a member in the corp chat window, as well as in the corporation member list, and in both cases I got the Edit Member option.

my right click bug is:
1. try right click to paste something in a chat window. no reaction. 2. click into the edit box and type 1 character. 3. suddenly right click menu works again and i can paste the link to the patchnotes.
Hmm... no repro for me on this either. Are you on a PC or a Mac?

Are you still experiencing this problem? I've tried this with a revelation and a collection of siege weapons (XL Turrets)and no matter what high slot I fit my XL turrets to in the fitting window, they are always being assigned the lowest numerical value turret locator on the ship itself.

could you post a screenshot of how the planet looks in your client? Also, could you specify what graphics settings you have while flying in space, and possibly a screenshot of your dxdiag?

Many animations with rotating barrels on the new turrets does not rotate the barrel-model a full 360 degrees, only 90 degrees, after which the model is returned back to original position and then rotated from there again. Well, they aren't. Symmetrical. And the illusion is gone.
You should revisit all rotating gun animations and either make a full 360 or make the parts of the models that are rotating fully symmetrical. It looks kind of "unimmersionistic" right now!

Had this same issue when swapping ships from the bay of a Thanatos. The POS bay worked, but the Thanny bay is borked.
Which option did you use: "Board ship from bay" or "Launch ship from bay"
When you were in the Thanatos?

Confirmed. Now that explains how suddenly the mission I am doing and did in the past turned imposible to acomplish. Please stop working in new little skirt colours and fix the damn game NOW!
There is a known error with the Show Info screen for missile ammunition not reflecting the boost from BCUs. It actually pre-dates this patch, I'm a bit embarrassed to say.
If you believe your are still not getting proper missile damage, please post your fitting and the damage amount you are seeing versus a known, stationary target and we'll take it from there.

Indeed I do. Re-created your setup on my dev server and the damage numbers came out reasonably close to what EFT is showing you, both with BCUs and without. I'll try to catch you online at some point and see if we can figure out why you're seeing different numbers.
