You know what? I normally just ignore these types of threads but this is a problem. I was SPECIFICALLY saving my re-customize option until after Incarna was released. I checked on SiSi and I was still able to make the edits, so I assumed I would be fine once Incarna went live.
You made changes to the character models, now you need to let us go back and fix the **** you broke.
I have been playing this game for like 4 months and I'm already becoming bitter...

Hmmm so the option is gone completely? Someone mentiond that the redo would still be available in CQ, but that doesnt seem to be the case.
I had a redo left on all my alts, and i want to use them!

WHAT? They took away my spare re-do??
When will we get bloodline changes? or even a complete re-do like we just create a character? ________________* - If you're in favour of a bloodline change please vote in the Assembly Hall in this thread - |

Yeah, at the moment the redo we had is gone. Also +1 to bloodline changes, the only reason I picked this bloodline is because of the bonus they used to have. Not to look Asian.

The spare recustomisation has been moved from the login screen to your mirror and station button.

This is not the problem. We should be able to RE-SCULPT. The current option only allows basic changes, not the ability to make any changes to your character model.

I have the ability to re-sculpt. Upon clicking the mirror or button the "You have been flagged for recustomisation" message box appears, where I can click yes or no. Clicking yes opens the character creator, with full sculpting. Clicking no opens the limited character creator, for those without a spare customisation.
The first time, I accidentally clicked "yes", despite not wanting to re-sculpt. I clicked cancel, and still have my spare customisation.
Check your settings for if the notification is disabled.

Then I would assume there is some sort of bug stopping some of us from doing so, previous to the expansion I DID have a full redo available. Now, no matter how I try to access it I am unable to resculpt, in addition the help screen indicates that I SHOULD NOT have access to the sculpting tools.
Edit: And I just checked on my four other accounts, all of witch were flagged for a full redo before the expansion. None of them have access to the sculpting tool.

Someday - maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but someday, somehow, a game company will make an MMO where female characters have chests that don't look like they were drawn by a horny 13 year old boy. When I first made my character in the new character editor, I thought that day had arrived. Alas, with Incarna, my hopes have been crushed anew.
You want to attract women to this game? Or any game? Then don't make all the women look ridiculous.

Yeah, that's the main thing I want to change actually. All my characters breasts apparently grew a few cup sizes overnight and look like ****ing cones...

I concur, my toon's are wearing push-ups all of sudden. Additionally, and perhaps I just haven't checked in awhile, but I swear they've lost body and muscle mass... Maybe the character editor/vanity mirror adds ten pounds.

I think my chest look perfectly normal. Perhaps the 250th century bras are a bit different, but ..

I would gladly pay for a race respec. I hate my main character, I made him so long ago, and with each graphic change he looks worse and worse.
I would pay 25 or 30 $ just for the option to change my subrace.
Failing that, a re-sculpt would be nice, as I look horrible in the CQ.

Just an update, I put in a petition asking for a full re-sculpt, and included my reasons of requesting one. When I went into the character editor after my last jump clone I was able to re-sculpt. I'm not sure if they flagged me without actually answering the petition or if jump cloning out and back fixed a bug.

Just curious.
If you manged to **** up sculpting three times so far, what makes you think you are going to do any better on the fourth run?
I can see a second try as the creator was new for a lot of people, but seriously...
You're the same ones that will be whining for it again and again. Apparently never realizing it is your lack of basic modeling skills and not CCP's character creator that is the problem.

1 free re-sculpt due to the Incarna release would make sense.
Not giving users the option at all is a bit short sighted.
You'd think that with all the push for "vanity only" stuff for cash, that they would have resurrected something that you used to have to pay for in EVE.
When I started, if you really didn't like your portrait, you could pay $10 to change it.
With the introduction of full 3D characters that have users defining facial features and body shapes, it would be a cash cow for sure. Why CCP isn't, at the very least, taking this path is a bit confusing, considering how much they sell shirts for in the NeX.
1 or 2 freebies due to Incarna, then charge a buck per re-sculpt afterwards. Seems fair to me, and gives CCP a monetary boost. Charging more than that would be unproductive and likely bring in less money.
Free would always be nice, but you have to talk CCP's new language to get their attention these days.

Fun fact : During Incursion and the Duality tests with the very first CQ, there actually still was a minimum breast size that looked quite normal, but since incarna hit sisi we need to have bigger boobs for some reason . The minimum breastsize increased. Which I think look so horribly out of place on my small khanid.

Quick note for all the people complaining about letting others re-sculpt their characters, this affects you how?
Realistically I can't see why it isn't set so you get around 2 per year. Other games such as Vanguard let you change your characters looks as many times as you want.
