CA made my EVE playing so much fun.....1000 times more fun then *** celes or squerrels or FA or FIX....CA were cool..enjoyed fighting with them...was one of the best things about EvE....now its getting boring...I miss them.and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

I think so far, we've made an 80 jump trip tonight looking for a decent fight.
On it, we managed to kill a total of one (1) Scorpion.

Which was friendly. *laughs and shakes head*
Ah well. Maybe tomorrow for a nice fight, there simply wasn't much about tonight.

Yeah, that is true. At least he doesn't have that heavy weight hanging on him anymore after you were so kind to liberate him from it and his life.  Highest bounty I've seen collected myself. Nice job Mr Bounty Hunter. 
I'm still annoyed I was 3 seconds too late to get in on the kill because I hit jump just prior to the check going out on TS about the hotile scorp. bah! I mean first time back in a BS for fights in a year and I miss the only kill. *sighs* As I said, I'm cursed.  I'm going back to being a support pilot.

Theres an ancient chinese curse "May you live in intresting times". Well CA made life intresting. Life is just dull atm, although it is certainly a lot less predictable. I don't think the latest southern war would have happened without the break up of the old CA.
however, I think I'll stick with being mostly bored. Theres always pirate hunting to do anyway.

I miss CA, in the sense that there was alot of action.
What I dont miss, was that CA was the popular bad guy.
It seemed a little too popular to hate CA. Was very weird.
It was like badly written RP. "You're the bad guys- the bad guys cant win! Only the good guys can win! We're the good guys, the fact you killed blah blah more than we didnt doesnt change the fact you lost!! You're the bad guys! <repeat logic>"
I saw more argument between members of Xetic than I did in CA. The way I see it is, CA burned bright and like many things that burn bright they die early.
While they're burning though, it's an invigorating experience.
I can only hope for the fun levels for alot of people, that a few existing alliances start fighting each other to keep things interesting.
One fight I'd like to see happen is SE vs Xetic.
I think that would be a fun fight.
I think if the entire galaxy ends up being owned by one alliance- the game, is dead.

I have to admit on a personal note it would be difficult to not intervine in an SE vs XETIC war, but i agree under the correct circumstances it would be most interesting.

I spent the entire day with between 5 and 15 Shinra NPCing 2 jumps out of YZ with around 30 Fountain members in local the whole time. We got one BS gank when I undocked behind a scorp and managed to bounce it out of docking range.
I miss CA too.

yeah no kidding, we were half way to yz-lql only to here u all where there and had scared FA into safe spots so we jumped another 50 jumps down to FIX and actually found a decent fight

I think they (FA) are hoping you fall into the old ca mode of "no fight were bored lets go some where new"
I do miss the daily fleets vrs SA. Though working nights now id miss most of them.

I also hear there are plenty of other threads where you can cry about how we dont fight on your terms/how much we rawk (delete as appropriate).

I too miss CA. When i joined CA i was a carebear just lookin for a way to get into a battleship and then learn the ropes of fighting. Now, I am a skilled, battle-hardened fighter. Along the way i made many great friends and was fortunate to stumble into the best corp in eve. I owe everything i have done that was fun or exciting in this game to CA. It was a sad day when CA fell apart, but, it was a long time coming.
Only thing for someone to do now is continue where CA left off, just pure PvP fun. Garanteed, if you get an attitude like "its a game im just gonna shoot you because its fun" you will get lots of fights, and have **** tons of fun.

yeah i miss ca too, at least i knew where to go when i wanted to be smacktalked and chased around by vigils.. now they seem to show up at random places

Then again, I feel for you, I would not like fighting somebody who keeps kicking the chit outta' my alliance either. But wait I have never seen you in space, only on the forums go figure.

i miss CA also, well not the CA you guys might be thinking about. The CA the was about 1 year ago. Before the dumb sh*ts came in and started pushing their carebear opinions around. we all know who. would another CA of old come back to game, well i lets see what happens and if it does it would be a different name and different space pwnage. will let you all think that one out.
