I've seen a lot of flaming, which is unfortunate, but not unexpected. What I'd like to see in this thread is people calmly and descriptively listing what they like about Incarna so far, what they don't like, and why. CCP sift through these forums for ideas and feedback, so let's make it easy for them to get a feel for what people think so far. I'll start.
Forewarning - I missed a couple months of Eve because of a particularly stressful semester at university, so I may list some things which are not from Incarna. I did my best to filter irrelevancies out, though.
Pros:
I like CQ so far. It's not an incredibly important section of the game, but it expands the scope of the world. The real exciting thing for me is that this is an infrastructure on which even more neat things can be built. Plus, walking out and seeing exactly how enormous my battleship is is definitely a cool experience. It makes me want to buy new ships just to see how they look from a first-person perspective.
The salvager module had its range changed from 5km to 14km. This isn't huge but it helps speed up the salvaging process after missions without excessively boosting salvagers.
The agent-finder is absolutely brilliant. It's saved me quite some time schmoozing about for new agents.
The ability to compare modules in a single window is incredibly handy. At the moment it feels a little clunky as it automatically compares a large number of modules instead of letting me pick what I want to compare, but it's been very useful nonetheless.
Cons:
The new icons for the tractor beam and salvager look cool up close, but they look a little blurry and indistinct in my HUD and on targeted ships. At a glance I can't really tell what different turrets are. Part of this is just that I'm used to the old icons, but a significant portion is that the new icons are indistinct. They could use some work, but I like the direction CCP have taken with the overhaul of the turret system--especially because it opens up the possibility of new features in the future. The new turret module icons also look indistinct, though this is less of a problem because they're hidden behind ammo in the HUD and they have text under them in cargo holds.
-----------
Overall I'm impressed with Incarna, and I'm looking forward to seeing how Dust and Eve interact. The vanity items were absent from my pros and cons because to me they are a non-entity. I'm not interested in them, so I have no opinion on them. CCP are trying something new, and that kind of willingness to explore and experiment is refreshing to see, even if I'm not interested in this particular feature.
So what are your thoughts?

by ignoring microtransactions in your analysis, you miss the implications of this recent "iteration". that's a con.

Cons: -You cannot deactivate the Capitain's Quarter forever while it was promised: it's only temporary, in several months we will be forced to use it. - For specs that worked perfectly well before the game is unplayable in CQ (mid-end specs, some high specs work very well apparently) - Not everybody can enjoy the noble exchange (hence the name, but we killed all the noble in my country, 200 years ago, that's not a very good name...) because you either have to be rich IRL or ingame, while the whole point of micro transaction would be to please us with clothing our edoll for a ridiculous price that a LOT of players would pay.

You listed everything fine, except you forgot to mention all the cons where the whole community is raging about:
1) Overheating Issues, thread here.
2) Insane aurum prices, thread here.
3) Alleged news leak from CCP, with various confirmations of CSM members, thread here.
4) Mandatory CQ for all players, thread here.
Every of the above linked threads are the major threadnaughts that are going for the last 24 hours. No damage control or reaction from CCP yet.
This should be sufficient to show you that the cons at this point outweigh the pro's.
Just to give this some perspective. -
