Want some of our trust back?
-Remove MTs and burn the idea. The Plex is already used enough as it is, there is no reason to force even more MTs on the game. Even doing it for vanity items is just the start and is a can of worms that doesn't need to be opened. Even your own Lead Designer fell into the trap of MTs. Eve has been successful with the plan its been on for the past 8 years. There is no reason to add ANY MTs to a sub based game.
-Bring back old hanger view. Make hanger view default, and keep the Incarna feature COMPLETELY optional until it is fully ready and optimized.
-More emphasis on FiS projects. A lot of us are tired of hearing of Incarna, Dust, WoD while time and time again we see core features neglected and forgotten. Seeing more improvements or at least more attempts on fixing issues that are plaguing the actual FiS aspect.

Aurum is here to stay. The cycle here isn't changing soon.
Just as a fair warning. So long as you keep Aurum and MTs you will continue to lose faith and subs. The issues with MTs have been brought up long before the store was announced. When you tried to pull a fast one with Remaps for Plex, now with the leaked document showing major support for expanding it beyond vanity. Keeping the NeX store not only makes the game seem "cheap" similar to the 1000 different F2P/MT MMOs, but it will also cause distrust towards you(CCP) that you might go against your word of non vanity items.

He voiced his opinion on a internal document. While it was a pretty bad opinion when it comes to Eve it is still just his opinion. I would be more concerned about the state of CCP if they actually did fire someone over a opinion.
Even still NeX and MTs have no place in Eve.. Vanity or not. You already have 2 MT based games coming out theres no reason to degrade Eve with them.

It should be obvious to us now that the fact that he is dodging the question means it has merit. Hes already stated that CCP has no plans on ditching the MT plan and they probably aren't going to back down on the non vanity either. The memo wasn't a discussion or debate it was a plan.
