5th year player and CEO, -2
unsubscribed, will not resub my alt BuckNastyB timed out, not resubbing
I encourage my 40 corp members to look elsewhere, development clearly does not favor the advancement and excitement of the players, who make the game what it is, and will now be nothing but useless eye-candy and corporate profiteering by CCP

[offtop]you know: it was real wrong step for you to leave Idiocracy to join "real pvp corp". Making game a second job never ends well. [/offtop]
Not sure I understand your point but I don't really care. I led Idiocracy which WAS a second job dealing with a bunch of noobs. I left, and re-formed my original corp, and it was fun again. The state of the game, and it's future, and my level of trust in CCP is the question. You should get out of your mining barge for a minute and think about it.

What many of you are forgetting to consider is the vast number of ALTS. Anyone in corp management knows the average player has 2-3 alts, sometimes many more. If those accounts owned by players who have multiple accounts leave, they take their alts with them. Expect the number to be at least 2-3 times what you've considered for singular accounts.

consider the following statement, which imo holds true especially in the case of eve players: 20% of the people do 80% of the work.
The most active players, or 'hardcores' seem to be the most at odds with the current issues- if a hardcore leaves, 4 casual gamers now have no way of entertaining themselves. Any of you who have extended experience in large alliances know how fickle casual gamers can be, and since 20% of 360k is 72k, and we're approaching 10% of that very quickly, within a week of these issues coming to the forefront of player awareness. It's just the beginning.

I'm not encouraging anything, simply observing the reality. I forgive you for being so mad that people can be anything but ignorant.
"Nothing that CCP is doing is detremental to the game"
You sir, are in denial. I have been around long enough to witness MANY broken promises by CCP. You can lay your trust down, why would I care what you do with your money. What's a Muginn?

priceless. I say again, what you do with your money is up to you. I, for one, care where my money goes. Maybe you have so much that you don't.

"that's exactly what have i said: you made Eve a second job. This leads you to stop. This made you too care about "state of the game, it's future and my level of trust....".
If you don't care about those things you have no business posting here, honestly. My decision to leave a bunch of whining non-participants was a choice guided purely by MY enjoyment of the game, just like yours is with rogue drone sanctums..

"Deal with it. Im sorry if that is blunt, but any other MMO company out there, ANY OTHER, would have told you all to go **** yourselves and done what they wanted."
That's why I don't pay companies that say 'deal with it'. you ought to start a business that way and see how far it gets. Enjoy being subservient in denial, though I can clearly see you know the reality of what's happening and you're just mad about someone being right

"yea. all i'm saying: your kind of enjoyment leads to tiredness and quit. I don't say anything more."
How I play has nothing to do with a decision to leave based on the direction the game is going, which happens to be one that suits a bunch of R.. Bots doing nothing but killing drones in drone regions, but that's beside the point. You have a choice as a consumer, if you don't want the product any more you don't have to have it. I don't give a damn if Blizzard was the most successful company ever, that attitude isn't going to win my approval, and that's why myself and others are choosing to leave.

I actually worked for a game developer and CCP's kind of PR/double standards/favoritism would have seen heads rolling all the way down the block. Anyway, I'll have a month left to kill the angry guy in an asteroid belt a few times. :) www.piranha-games.com/

They're hoping that someone at CCP will see this, care deeply, start sobbing, and reverse all their recent business decisions.
This is called a petition, I'm sure you're familiar with writing one every time you lose your mining barge and start crying about lag.
In business the customer is right. If you don't care about your customer, you fail. 115 pages of disgruntled players beats your single fail troll post.

I neither mine nor whine, and if I did, I wouldn't do it here. Isn't a petition usually directed at the person you're, you know... petitioning? Whatever this is, sure, the 115 pages may beat my single post, but let's not forget the considerably greater number of pages never filled by other customers who enjoy the game and start new accounts every day. Aren't they right, too?
Are you suggesting you're happy with said changes?

Miss Rabbit:
"This game will be better when me and all my Russian bot friends in 0.0 are the only people left playing it, and we'll all be happy as pigs in a blanket with RMT paid supercaps, and noone left to fight so we hotdrop soloists, because all I want to do is run drone sites all day and complain about players who are actively involved and are tired of stagnant uninspired exploitative gameplay"
