I do realize there are other concerns you have and those will be addressed, but doing it all at the same time would make the messaging tricky and muddled and not allow for a focused discussion. I understand a lot of the frustration going around but if we want to discuss then we need to do so in a constructive and focused manner.

You have single handedly managed to not only pimp slap your entire community, but also managed the monumental task of becoming (probably) the single most inept DevBlog Composer EVER.
For 3 days, the forum has been buzzing with question, questions that can only be answered by your company. Your Blog didn't answer anything other that what we already knew and YOU KNEW THAT WHEN YOU WROTE IT. You knew you weren't answering our questions.
Well sir, you gambled, and LOST.
Your invisible (and absent) PR/Community director suddenly jumps from the shadows to beg, nay PLEAD with the community for a Parlay to buy YOU time to compose an article that answers the questions we ask.
And then you write that.
I wasn't aware that in Iceland is was custom to pretty much call your entire player base ******ed. Your entire SmugBlog (because lets all face it, thats EXACTLY what it was) was just you touting some inept fallacy that your brain has concocted so that you dont have to actually acknowledge that people are mad.
You've got major MMO news sites now covering this, as well as CSM members speaking out on EVE radio, a number of them i'm sure planning on cancelling subs depending on what you do next.
Seriously, you need to let your PR person do their job. Don't EVER let Zulu in front of a keyboard again. (That is, unless you like all the trade hub and forum riots) Let your Public Relations people deal with the public. Had that been done (and that person done their JOB from the outset) the backlash would probably not been as bad as it is now.
It's only going to get a lot worse.
Your Post in this thread Zulu only shows that your going to talk about what you want to talk about, and to heck with what your player base says.
Your company, everything it says and does within the next few days, is going to be watched by A LOT of people. You won't just lose subs for EvE, but also potential players for your WoD MMO. People don't tend to forget incidents like this.
