This what wikipedia's page on CCP says about their board..
"The company is run by a board consisting of 7 people: Vilhjßlmur ¦orsteinsson (chairman), Birgir Mßr Ragnarsson, David Fialkow, Sigur=ur +lafsson, Stephen Wieck, Reynir Har=arson and deputy board members: Reynir Har=arson and Isaac Kato.[20]"
I've found David Fialkow and he has kindly provided a way to contact him.
And i think Sigur=ur +lafsson is here
Let's see if we can't find some of the others to get the community's message to CCP's board directly.
We know the devs are on our side for the most part, but management isn't.

bump again i send a nice long email to one of the board members
i includinf a link to the threadnaught
a link to that website describing former devs' issues with CCP and its management
and a link to the spreadsheet that was keeping a total of all the account lost
and then made sure to be clear to do what ever he can with the other board members to save EVE, even if it means dropping DUST and WoD and replacing all of the higher up management.
or even selling the IP to another more able game company
just whatever they do, the player base is not going to let EVE die quietly

yes but the page of reviews from former CCP employees mentioned something about how management did their business with a lot of promises to the board
for all we know the board is totally in the dark
and even if they have data that supports the changes, we have counter data of ppl leaving EVE and that we are different from the rest of the market data
