CCP <-- Plz sort out these protesters
I totally support them & the right to protest BUT not by intentionally making the game unplayable for others by DUMPING containers to lag the server node, by dumping shuttle craft to lag the server node.
Plz be pro active CCP & stop their childish protest & start an official route for them to vent their concerns. JITA is beyond a joke, your actions are far from acceptable as the game moderator & developer.
For all those thinking the way to protest is to exploit the rules & polices of the GAME, I hope CCP take action to remove you from systems of high population & treat you like LULZSEC.
Love you all.....

It's not unplayable. Hell, I was zoomed all the way in with my Cynabal running around in the protest with rainbow lasers, and my framerate was still 10 or so. Just turn your gfx down, and get out of there before turning them back up.
It's not rocket science people.

Op is right, you people need to gtfo of jita one way or another.
I heard a rumor yesterday about CONCORD shooting at the protestors, but sadly it seems this wasnt accurate.
CCP please, make my dream come true! make them bleed!

One of the reasons why people are protesting is to get people like you who are willing to sit on the sidelines to stand up.
I'm sot sitting on the sidelines but protesting by affecting normal players that want to play aswell as support you all is not the way.
Place petitions to CCP by the 1000's will make them have the headache & also create a petition thread, but killing the game for those that can only play on the weekend is not hurting CCP.
I just can't see how lagging out a node will make the point....

Those players don't give a damm of wasting your time, be disrespectuful of your work and don't give a dam about other players opinion of if they are wasting other players game experience.
Plus those same players do every thing they can to make crash the nodes and waste a little bit more the efforts of your work.
Time to remeber those who's the boss and that if they're not happy they can allways play kitty on line.

I'm not with the crowd in the game, but I understand the situation completely (since I live in a country where union strikes block the roads almost once a month).
The whole point of the protests is exactly what you have said: To start an official route of addressing the concerns and two-sided conversation with CCP out of the game.
It's the same as in RL: unions are blocking the roads until someone from the government invite them to talks.
(God, I love this game  ... It's more similar to RL than any other game.)

BTW, I support the protests.
However, dropping shuttles on the undock points is in fact a punishable offense. When you see them actually doing it, you could always petition with the name.
And I _KNOW_ they have been doing it from my visit to Jita yesterday. Undock was clogged with more shuttles than I could possibly count. I'm surprised the GM's haven't been monitoring that activity closer.

The Jita node is capped & can't be crashed, only lagged to death for all players there.
Players are suffering by being disconnected from socket lag & unable to use the game system.
CCP are not effected by that only players, but the petition system is a good way to load CCP & CCP GM's to the concerns.
I fully support the issues at hand but not at the cost of destroying the game.
The only thing this lagging protest is going to do is make CCP think of new ways of restricting our day to day play.
This all reminds me of LULZSEC & the DDOS attack from the other week.

Well I don't know how else I'm capable of expressing myself to CCP in a way that will even vaguely get through to them. If prancing and dancing in stations could be flooded I'd even do that - god forbid - although I still haven't got an avatar yet :(. I run between 2-5 accounts and have a spare machine - so while I'm playing a decent game I can register my protest on my old banger PC and actually manage to achieve two things at once. Quite frankly they deserve it just for making me download 750 megs of complete drivel, let alone forcing the avatar tripe on me. Although I suppose it's not all bad - hunting down monocle users and their lovely ships will give great satisfaction :)

Most of the players who are up in arms about this are the ones who make the external apps, websites, etc that you probably use without even a second thought. This event makes even T20 look like a lover's quarrel.
READ the recent devblogs, and pay attention to what CCP is saying...
